★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my ACL and meniscus repaired here by Dr Krejci. He did an awesome job so highly recommend having him do any knee surgery. However the ladies at the desk were unfriendly, the nurse who looked after me during my overnight stay was awful and even if you have an appointment, you usually end up waiting for 30-60 minutes although you pay 800kc up front. Strange system here...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a small knee operation (arthroscopy) in Prague when I had just started a job here in November and am starting to learn Czech. I was recommended Dr Krejci he was very friendly. However, everything else about this place is bad - aggressive receptionists even when I try my basic Czech (with the exception of one nice lady), some nurses on the day of the operation were short tempered. I waited for 4.5 hours before the operation lying on a bed with no information, I was taken into the operating room by a doctor (not Krejci) who did not want to speak English or try slow Czech, in the operating room the doctors were really loud it felt like I was in a bar or they were having some sort of celebration (I must have been their last operation of the day...), nobody came to check or explain anything to me after the anaesthesia wore off. Worst of all, they have somehow lost a CD with X ray images that I gave the receptionist and they don't seem to take any responsibility for it. I also had a Czech person help to communicate with the receptionists but that hasn't helped. I don't understand why there is an extra charge on top of VZP insurance for coming here. Now I need a follow up so will go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my plastic surgery done here with Dr Kulhánek and I was so impressed with how clean and beautifully laid out the clinic is! All the nurses and doctors I met during my stay here were super lovely! This is my second visit with this clinic and I plan a 3rd in the new year!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone who I came in contact with at the clinic was really nice. My appointment was on time and everything was done in a professional manner. I was told that I would get a call from a physical therapist for rehab and sure enough I got a call a couple hours and managed to set times. I'm very happy that I randomly came across their website and would recommend them to anyone.
