V	Vladimir Pecha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Navštívil jsem kliniku dvakrát za sebou (RTG, stomatologický RTG). V obou případech vše proběhlo bez čekání. Jen trochu matoucí je sytém dole ve vrátnici, kde si na displeji zvolíte ordinaci, kam máte namířeno a systém vám vydá papírek s pořadovým číslem. Jelikož (jak jsem se dozvěděl až další den při druhé návštěvě) není stomatologická ordinace součástí kliniky, netýká se jí objednávací systém. Bohužel, když na displeji zadáte toto pracoviště, vyjede vám lístek, na kterém je uvedeno, že daná ordinace je v ten den mimo provoz, přitom normálně funguje. Hodně zavádějící, přitom změnit znění textu v systému by mělo být jednoduché. I visited the clinic twice in a row (X-ray, dental X-ray). In both cases, everything worked right without waiting. Just a little confusing is the system at the bottom in the main entrance room, where you choose a doctor's consulting room where you are heading and the system will issue a paper with a ordinal number. Since (as I learned only the next day during the second visit) the dental office is not part of the clinic, it is not included the ordering system. Unfortunately, you get a paper, it´s stating that the surgery is out of order on that day, but it normally works. Much misleading, while changing the text in the system should be simple. P	Pavel Černý on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, dnes jsem byl na Vaší poliklinice s akutní bolestí zubu. Obešel jsem všechny doktory stomatology a ani jeden mě akutně nevzal a všichni mě jednohlasně odporoučeli na noční pohotovost ač sami měli ordinace prázdné a pacienti jim nepřišli ale za to měli spoustu výmluv proč to nejde. Jedna relaxovala před dalšími pacienty, jedna neměla sestru jedna pomalu končila a tak mohu psát až do aleluja. Doporučení bylo bych si vzal prášek a večer šel na pohotovost. Dokonalost sama. Podotýkám, že svého zubaře nemám, neb má doktorka již praxi ukončila ale ani jsem je tak nežádal abych se stal jejich stálým pacientem a přesto Vás tzv. hoděj přes palubu. Pokud se nekroutíte jak žížala tak jste nežádoucí a nikdo Vám nepomůže! Doktoři za všechny prachy i když ani za peníze ( myšleno že si vše uhradím) nemají čas. Děkuji, už nikdy více!!! Hello, today I was at your clinic with acute toothache. I went around all the dentists and none of them took me acutely, and they all unanimously recommended me to the night emergency, even though they had their surgeries empty and the patients did not come to them, but they had a lot of excuses for not doing so. One relaxed in front of other patients, one did not have a nurse, one ended slowly, so I can write until the alleluia. The recommendation was I would take a pill and go to the emergency room in the evening. Perfection itself. I would like to point out that I don't have my dentist, because my doctor has already finished her internship, but I didn't even ask them to become their permanent patient and still throw you overboard. If you do not twist like an earthworm, you are unwanted and no one will help you! Doctors don't have time for all the money, even for the money (I think I'll pay for everything). Thank you, never again !!!
L	Lucie Š. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byla jsem zde na oddělení chirurgie s vyvrknutym kotnikem a kromě delšího čekání si na péči a přístup lékaře i ostatního personálu nemohu stěžovat. I was here in the surgery department with a sprained ankle, and apart from a long wait, I can't complain about the care and access of the doctor and other staff.
T	The Queen of Rock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem už nikdy víc. Pokaždé jsem navštěvovala akutně. Prvně jsem se nyní chtěla objednat a s velkou neochotou jsem byla poslána do háje. Doktoři nepříjemní a neochotní, některé sestry to samé a ještě Vám ani nepomohou. Sem už mě nedostanou ani za peníze. Doktoři jsou od toho aby pomáhali a né od toho aby Vás posílali po telefonu slušně řečeno do háje. Mám pohmožděnou nohu, jsem ráda, že se sotva někam dokulhám a ochota místního lékaře je těžce na bodu mrazu. Jestli Vás něco trápí, běžte kamkoliv jinam, jen né sem. S velkou pravděpodobností Vám nepomohou a ještě na Vás budou nepříjemní a neochotní a pošlou Vás jinam nebo k obvodnímu lékaři ať Vás pošle on někam dál. Nebo z Vás ještě udělají vola jako ze mě. To je taky místní zábava. Každé oddělení zvlášť se předvedlo hrozně, sem už nikdy víc.. Never again. I visited acute every time. First I wanted to order now and I was sent to the grove with great reluctance. Doctors unpleasant and reluctant, some nurses do the same and still will not help you. They won't even get me here for the money. Doctors are there to help and not to send you on the phone, to put it bluntly. I have a bruised leg, I'm glad I'm barely limping somewhere and the willingness of the local doctor is hard at freezing. If anything bothers you, go anywhere but here. In all probability, they will not help you and they will still be unpleasant and reluctant for you and they will send you elsewhere or to the district doctor to send you somewhere else. Or they'll make you an ox like me. This is also local entertainment. Each department has performed terribly, never again.

Paní doktorka řeší zdravotní problém vždy komplexně. Vše laicky vysvětlí a hledá příčinu problému a zodpovědně jej řeší. S takovou lékařskou péčí se často nesetkávám. The doctor always solves a health problem comprehensively. He explains everything in layman's terms and looks for the cause of the problem and solves it responsibly. The nurses were very friendly and the doctor had a genuine interest in my problem. Examination, X-Ray, Diagnosis, and consultation - all on a very professional level. Definitely, recommend!
M	Margarita Orlova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited in January GP MUDr Jan Zamecnik and was very disappointed and offended with his service. First of all, his nurse was very rude with unpleasant attitude to all patients. However, she seems nice compared to the doctor, who behaved very arrogantly and clearly wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible. When I explained my problems, he did a very basic check up and just from that diagnosed gastritis, refusing to run some simple pleriminary tests, stating that he just sees everything crystal clear and further tests are pointless. Moreover, the doctor’s behavior was overall very xenophobic. My Czech is ok, but not too good to understand some medical terms and prescriptions, so when I asked if he can at least explain my diagnosis and treatment in English ( which btw my insurance company told me he knows well) he replied very rudely “When I am in England I speak English, when I am in Russia I speak Russian, when I am in Czech Republic I speak only Czech.” Do not recommend this doctor to anyone !
