★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firma absolutně nekomunikuje. Byli u mě jednou, servisní technik na jedničku, práci odvedl, to vše bez problému. Ale ten kdo zodpovídá za komunikaci na firmě stojí za ho.no. Ani po roce se neozvali s nabídkou ceny na další servis co jsem poptával, připomínky mailem nic, telefonáty nic. Vím přesně kam už se do budoucna nebudu obracet se servisem na Destu.
The company absolutely does not communicate. They were with me once, the service technician was number one, he did the work, all without a problem. But the one who is responsible for communication at the company is worth it. Even after a year, they did not respond with an offer of a price for another service that I requested, comments by e-mail, nothing by phone. I know exactly where I will not turn to Dest in the future.
