★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prostředí herny je moc hezké, dcera si vždy vyhraje, ale opakovaně se setkáváme s nepříjemným chováním ostatních návštěvníků. Za to samozřejmě personál nemůže.
Zažila jsem i situaci, kdy dítě hlídané personálem uteklo do obchodního centra. Paní si toho všimla a šla dítě odchytit. Tím bych spíš apelovala na nějakém "turniketu" nebo brance zavírací, kudy děti nemají šanci proklouznout ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atrakce pro děti fajn, tím výčet pozitiv končí. Dodali jsme vlastní balónky ze kterých byla použita jen část, kdybychom se nepripomněli při odchodu, asi automaticky si tím obsluha doplňuje sortiment. Při rozlití pití na stůl umístěný hned naproti baru na Vás zůstanou koukat 3 osoby, které Vám, po tom co se snažíte uklidit způsobeny nepořádek ochotně nabídnou špinavý hadr ze dřezu. Avšak rychle se vrací na pokec za bar s kolegyněmi bez jakékoliv ochoty pomoci s úklidem, jako je všude jinde zvykem. To, že na dětské oslavě na stole byly připravené asi 4 papírové talířky, a plastové lzicky nevytváří úplně dobrý dojem, vzhledem k tomu, že byly hlášené i dospělé osoby. Konečné zmatky ohledně platby, počtu dětí a až na základě našich zděšených výrazu ohledně konečně částky paní chvilku koukala, počítala, a nakonec našla obálku s hotovosti, která byla placená předem se vše vysvětlilo, byla jen tresinka na dortu. Příště dám raději přednost oslavě v přírodě.

The final confusion about the payment, the number of children, and only on the basis of our horrified expressions about the amount finally looked at the lady for a while, counted, and finally found an envelope with cash that was paid in advance, everything was explained, it was just the cake on the cake. Next time, I prefer to celebrate in nature.
