Terribly unstable internet. Some services do not work at all or are often unavailable. Provider arrogant, has no time forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. They offer 20MB for 545 crowns/month. With UPC you may have 300MB for 520 czk. Furthermore they only speak Czech. Yes, an "internet provider" in 2019 doesn't have ANY english assistance for their customers. After 2 months I canceled my contract with them they're still sending me new invoices to pay (and already paid old invoice aswell, asking for payment). And when I write them to solve the misunderstanding they NEVER answer. The only time they answered an email was after a claim in which I asked for some English assistance. They replied in Czech.
