Nebyla jsem doma, takže stylem... žádné oznámení, žádný telefon (prý měli špatné číslo), žádné avízo, nic. Dnes jsem se dozvěděla, že balíček, za který jsem zaplatila prostě zničili! Nikdy více! A DHL employee "tried to deliver" a shipment from abroad. I wasn't home, so in style ... no announcement, no phone (supposedly had a wrong number), no advice, nothing. Today I learned that the package I paid for simply destroyed! Never more!
A	Adam Keder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Varuji tímto před využitím služeb firmy DHL při dovozu zboží mimo EU. Firma DHL si účtuje za vyřízení cla resp. DPH poplatek minimálně 665,-!!! Objednal jsem 4 učebnice pro dítě (nikoliv z E-shopu, ale od školní instituce!!!!) z Anglie. Přepravce jsem si nemohl vybrat a ani by mne nenapadlo, že firma s takovým renomé má takto lichvářské ceny. U knih, které stály dohromady 39 liber, tedy 1170 Kč, jsem na dalších poplatcích zaplatil 820 Kč,z toho 154,20 byl povinný odvod státu a 665,- provize DHL. Samozřejmě, že jsem s ceníkem DHL napoprvé nesouhlasil, a chtěl si clo vyřídit sám, ale rozmyslíte si to když: 1/DHL má stanoven ceník pro případ, že zboží bude u nich déle než 3 dny na 157Kč/den 2/Clo lze vyřídit pouze osobně v Praze, Brně, Ostravě 3/jste na dovolené 4/clené zboží se neposílá k rukám celního úřadu, ale je stále u DHL za zmiňovaných 157,-/den, Firma DHL je takto u celního úřadu již profláklá a vědí dopředu, že volá další zoufalec, který nechce platit DHL předražené ceny. Domnívám se, že toto jednání nejenže porušuje morální principy, ale že stanovením skladovacího poplatku omezují hospodářskou soutěž a využití konkurence, čímž mě donutili napsat tuto zkušenost. Navrhnu prošetření u jiných institucí. Firmu DHL alias "Dáš Hodně Lichvářům" prosím opravdu ne. I hereby warn against using DHL's services when importing goods outside the EU. DHL charges for customs clearance resp. VAT fee at least 665, - !!! I ordered 4 textbooks for a child (not from the E-shop, but from a school institution !!!!) from England. I could not choose a carrier, and it never occurred to me that a company with such a reputation has such usury prices. For books that cost a total of 39 pounds, ie 1170 CZK, I paid 820 CZK on additional fees, of which 154.20 was a mandatory state fee and 665, - DHL commission. Of course, I didn't agree with the DHL price list for the first time, and he wanted to handle the duty himself, but you change your mind when: 1 / DHL has set a price list in case the goods will be with them for more than 3 days at 157 CZK / day 2 / Customs can be settled only in person in Prague, Brno, Ostrava 3 / you are on vacation 4 / the customs goods are not sent to the customs office, but are still with DHL for the mentioned 157, - / day, DHL is already well-known at the customs office and they know in advance that they are calling another desperate person who does not want to pay DHL overpriced prices. I believe that this conduct not only violates moral principles, but that by setting a storage fee, they restrict competition and the use of competition, forcing me to write this experience. I will propose an investigation with other institutions. Please not really contact DHL alias "You will give a lot of usurers".
K	Kamila on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Отвратительно. Сделали экспрес доставку на 1-2 дня. Уже в течении недели пытаемся получить посылку. Не дозвониться, не узнать где посылка. Отвечают спустя дни. На английском почти никто не говорит. Все это время пока мы с ними пытались связаться, посылка лежала у них. И теперь они заставили нас платить за недельное хранение. Хотя это их вина что они ее не доставили. Они не доставили во время посылку и содрали деньги. Отличный бизнес! Disgusting. Made express delivery for 1-2 days. We've been trying to get a package for a week now. Do not call, do not find out where the package is. Answer after days. Almost no one speaks English. All this time while we were trying to contact them, the package was with them. And now they made us pay for a week's storage. Though it's their fault they didn't deliver it. They didn't deliver the package on time and took the money. Great business!
