★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zítra vám dovezeme balík od 8:00 do17:00. Řidič volá v půl deváté, jestli jste doma a diví se,že budete doma až odpoledne, že to bude už doma také. Takže nezbývá než si zajet na depo. A není to jen PPL ☹️
 Tomorrow we will deliver the package from 8:00 to 17:00. The driver calls at half past eight if you are home and is surprised that you will be home until the afternoon, that it will be home as well. So all you have to do is go to the depot. And it's not just PPL ☹️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Balík měl přijet od 8:00 do 10:00Tak o tom si mohu nechat jenom zdát.Samozřejmě nedorazil za celé dopoledne až odpoledne jsem se dozvěděl že si ho mám vyzvednout na jejich výdejním místě parcel shopu. Kdy jsi dobrá firma nyní naprostá katastrofa.
The package was supposed to arrive from 8:00 to 10:00. So I can only dream about it. When you are a good company now a complete disaster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They claim that I contacted them to arrange a different delivery date, I have had no contact with them because their e mail box is full and they dont answer the phone. They lie to keep DHL off their back, why would I ask for my Daughters xmas present to be delivered after xmas! Very poor, if you have an option use somebody else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lazy and lying drivers. Getting a package with PPL is more complicated than with the Czech Post. The drivers do not deliver between the notified interval, they don't call nor ring the door bell.
I was waiting for the parcel delivery which never arrived. I assume it was taken directly to the parcel shop. The shop has a very short opening time which is also a big downside.
