★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V domluvený termín doručení zásilky, tak, abychom byli doma, nebyla zásilka ani naložena na rozvoz, žádná omluva, zpráva, nic a my čekali jak ****** celý den. Museli jsme si ji nakonec vyzvednout osobně, jinak bychom se ji nedočkali asi nikdy. Nejhorší dopravce.
On the agreed delivery date of the shipment, so that we were at home, the shipment was not even loaded for delivery, no apology, message, nothing and we waited as ****** all day. We finally had to pick her up in person, otherwise we would probably never see her. The worst carrier.
