Po uplynutí lhůty rezervační smlouvy (3 měsíce) nám bylo oznámeno, že realitní makléř nemá naši zálohu (nechápu jak si může dovolit zálohu použít pro vlastní potřebu): Poté jsme ji z něj složitě vymáhali. Nesolidní jednání. Určitě nedoporučuji.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Co napsat? Dávejte si pozor! Pan makléř v tom umí pěkně chodit, takže naslibuje co se dá, ale realita po podpisu smlouvy je úplně jiná. Moje chyba byla, že jsem u některých věcí věřil v gentlemanskou dohodu. Bohužel. Neustálé mlžení a manipulace, až jsem začal skoro věřit, že chyba je na mé straně. Neprofesionální jednání, nedoporučuji.
