Doporucuji i dalsim. I own a car service, but I do not specialize in repairing diesel engines. So I'm boosting the injectors and pumps to Mr. Velendorf. Cooperation is great in the long term. Problém odstranili, motor běží opět krásně a můžu spokojeně jezdit. Děkuji. I have a car that they couldn't repair at a regular service, but they recommended that they repair diesel engines. Nechal jsem vstřiky vyndat a opatřené čepičkami jsem je předával spolu s opětovným ujištěním že do 14 dnů bude oprava hotová. Vyložil jsem situaci, že se mi jedná primárně o čas. Rozloučili jsme se s tím, že se do pátku ozvou telefonem. V pátek nikdo nevolal a tak jsem se v pondělí dostavil (provozovnu máme nedaleko) co s tím je. Dostalo se mi omluvy, že je toho moc, ale už zítra se na to vrhnou. No nebudu to dál rozvádět. Trvalo to 22 dnů a cena opravy byla na hony vzdálená od té původní. Nesolidnost také dokresluje fakt, že nám vstřiky vrátili v krabici plné prachu a špíny a samozřejmě bez ochranných čepiček. Popis pár slovy: Snaha natahovat čas, výmluvy, ale hlavně slibotechna. The lack of independence is also illustrated by the fact that the injections were returned to us in a box full of dust and dirt and, of course, without protective caps. Auto jezdí lépe, než když jsme ho před třemi lety koupili. Má větší výkon a spotřebu o cca 1l nižší. Diesel servis Velendorf vřele doporučujeme. We had a problem with our injectors on our Audi A4. We turned to the Velendorf Diesel Service in Říčany, where we repaired it properly. The car works better than when we bought it three years ago. It has more power and consumption about 1l lower. Velendorf diesel service is highly recommended.
