Brno branch - I was at the store a total of 4 times (creating an order, checking the correctness of the boards + bringing my own print, picking up the boards, picking up the repaired boards) and I must say that there works very nice and helpful staff ). According to the reviews, I was really scared, but since I had more requirements for the production of BP boards (black leather, school logo, own printing), which the competition does not offer, I decided to have BP boards made right there. I was very satisfied with the communication and the staff, but the quality of the printed boards is not entirely according to my ideas. The black leather is perfect, but the print on the plates doesn't hold much and I'm afraid it will peel off soon (only the path of the house made them quite busy and quite a bit peeled off). But what I've heard from others who have been to other companies is this problem in every copy center. So it would definitely require a different technology in the future. So 3.5 / 5 for me

The inscription on the boards was slightly scratched and overall lower quality than I expected, red and purple looked the same. Otherwise, fine.

Absolutely unprofessional approach. The young lady led me to the wrong format, saying that she would adjust it, not adjust it, and then she wanted to pay it for me. Furthermore, it did not warn me about the poor quality of the second print, in other printers it is standard.

I had my bachelor's thesis printed here. There was a mistake in the name of the faculty on the boards. The work was already badly formatted in the PDF from me, no one even said that something was wrong, so I got the work printed with errors that could no longer be complained about. In the end, I had to have everything printed again and elsewhere. I know that formatting is my problem, but when employees see that the images are different than they should be and the citations are at the bottom of the page, I think it's polite to call and say something is wrong when it's over. it costs so much money.

Very nice and helpful young lady at the checkout, relatively high quality print and fast binding. Papers from the printer mistakenly got caught in the boards, which had nothing to do there, but the young lady corrected this mistake immediately. I also praise the fast communication via email. The only problem is maybe not so good stamping boards, but otherwise fine. :)

The name was badly printed on the records, the master was not even able to apologize or offer compensation, he just informed me that he would repair the records and I would arrive in an hour (unfortunately unrealistic for me that day). I understand that the mistake will happen, but I expect the professional conduct of the staff. So useless trip, I picked up the next day and everything is ok. When printing the final thesis, I recommend leaving a time reserve and not counting on the order being in order for the first time.
