Samoobslužný tisk byl rychlý a jednoduchý a vazba byla hotová snad ani ne za 3 minuty. Navíc mi paní ještě půjčila sešívačku a popisovač. Za mě výborný servis! I urgently needed to print and bind 2 copies of the work on several pages. Self-service printing was quick and easy, and the binding was done in perhaps less than 3 minutes. In addition, the lady lent me a stapler and a marker. Excellent service for me!
M	Mikuláš He on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ objednal jsem si tisk bakalářské práce, měla být hotová v 10 ráno, protože jsem si připlatil tisk do dvou hodin. ve 13 mi volali, že začínají na objednávce pracovat, ale nemají mnou vybranou barvu desek a jestli mi nevadí jiná. barva mi je úplně jedno a i zpoždění by se dalo přehlédnout, kdyby v emailu doslova nepsali, že nezasílají žádné upozornění o vyhotovení, protože práce bude vyhotovena jistě v daný čas. čili zbývalo dojít někdy v průběhu dne a doufat, že bude hotová. druhá věc, v emailu mi bylo sděleno, že mohu použít kód na 20 % slevu, když jsem ji při platbě zmínil, bylo mi řečeno, že už byla uplatněna, tak jsem to nechal. nicméně potom, co jsem došel domů, jsem si email s objednávkou znova přečetl a stálo tam doslova, že žádná sleva uplatněna nebyla. tisk proběhl zcela ok, ale kdyby nenabízeli žádnou slevu a objednávka došla v čas nebo alespoň přišel email s dokončením, neměl bych výtky. I ordered a print of my bachelor's thesis, it was supposed to be ready at 10 in the morning, because I paid extra for the print within two hours. at 13 they called me that they were starting to work on the order, but they didn't have the color of the boards chosen by me and if I didn't mind others. I don't care about the color and the delay could be overlooked if they didn't literally write in the email that they didn't send any notifications about the completion, because the work will certainly be completed at the given time. that is, it remained to happen sometime during the day and hope to be done. The second thing I was told in the email was that I could use the code at a 20% discount, when I mentioned it when making the payment, I was told it had already been applied, so I left it. however, after I got home, I re-read the order email and it said literally that no discount had been applied. the printing was completely ok, but if they didn't offer any discount and the order ran out in time or at least an email came to finish, I wouldn't have any complaints.
