★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jako zákazník jsem zatím spokojen - komunikace dobrá a jasná (pojistnou událost jsem zatím neřešil). Nicméně bych byl rád kdyby řidiči ve služebním autě pojišťovny nejezdili agresivně a neproblikávali řidiče jedoucí přiměřenou rychlostí v levém pruhu. Chápu, že Vám je asi vůbec nezáleží na tom, jak Vaši zaměstnanci jezdí. Vašim klientům to ale jedno není.
 As a customer, I am still satisfied - good and clear communication (I have not solved the insurance event yet). However, I would like the drivers in the insurance company's official car not to drive aggressively and not to flash drivers at a reasonable speed in the left lane. I understand that you probably don't care how your employees drive at all. But your clients don't care.

However, when starter of my car dies on semaphore, they rejected to send tow truck because "this is only valid for ACCIDENTS, while you have the BREAKDOWN".
Needless to say, there were no single word about this in agreement or on their site.
