Pojišťovna neoprávněně odmítla zaplatit vyšetření u lékaře. Bohužel, tato recenze stejně nepomůže vylepšení kvality služeb pojišťovny PVZP, protože v monopolu o tom vůbec nejde.
Unfortunately, the monopoly did not benefit the quality or price of insurance for foreigners.
The insurance company unjustifiably refused to pay for a doctor's examination. Unfortunately, this review will still not help to improve the quality of PVZP's insurance services, because that is not the point at all.

We go to rutině examinátion to Motol ( with garanty of thé company that this case Will be paid off). After thé examinátion they inform us - we should pay ourselves ! That s fór 92.000 crowns ( mě And kids), guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They cannot provide us even with a pediatrician. We must pay an extra registration fee of the doctor. They wrote us that the registration fee is 1000 Czk, then they increased the amount up to 1500 Czk, and after that, they added that this is an annual fee. I don't understand why should we pay this money?! This is a pure fraud.
When we decided to move from the Czech republic, I wrote them that I would like to terminate the contract, and asked them to reimburse the part of money. They told me that this is not the proper reason, even if I oficially prove my departure from the country. They can reimburse the money only if I switch to the public insurance.
All in all, I am very disappointed with them, and strongly recommend not to use their service.
