★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto katastrofální služby. Už se ani nesnaží doručovat balíky, neustále odkládají datum, i přesto, že deklarují dodání... ani neinformují. Používají standardizovanou výmluvu o kapacitě v autě... v případě zásilek o velikosti cca. 12x7 cm vcelku zajímavý argument.
Jednání na zákaznické lince = hospoda.
Nedoporučuji.
Absolutely catastrophic service. They no longer even try to deliver packages, they constantly postpone the date, even though they declare delivery ... they don't even inform. They use a standardized excuse for capacity in the car ... in the case of shipments of approx. 12x7 cm quite an interesting argument.
Negotiations on the customer line = pub.
I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depo je příšerné,ale je bohužel o lidech . Včera čekání na balík... poslána sms , že bohužel není dostatek času na doručení( na sledování zásilky adresát nebyl doma... jak jinak, že ). Dnes ochota jiného řidiče a úsměv na tváři. Budu na Vás dlouho vzpomínat, že existují ještě hodný lidi i naše nevěsta, které jste vezl svatební sukni do Horních Křečan . On ty hvězdičky si vlastně zaslouží právě tento kurýr . Děkuji
The depot is terrible, but unfortunately it's about people. Yesterday waiting for the package ... sent an sms that unfortunately there is not enough time for delivery (to track the shipment the recipient was not at home ... how else that). Today, the willingness of another driver and a smile on his face. I will remember you for a long time that there are still good people and our bride, who you brought a wedding skirt to Horní Křečany. He actually deserves those stars just this courier. Thank you
