Zvlášť hrníčky měly u rodiny obrovský úspěch. Průběh objednávek byl naprosto bezproblémový. My si rozhodně nemůžeme stěžovat. Hello, we ordered at the company calendars, mugs and photo-pictures via discount portals and we were absolutely satisfied. Especially for families cups were a huge success. Orders course was absolutely seamless. We certainly can not complain.
E	Eva Suchomelová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, ráda bych Vás varovala před touto prodejnou, zboží jsem zaplatila v listopadu 2013 v prosinci jsem si ho přišla vyzvendout, načež po více než měsíci na prodejně nebylo, brigádnice zmateně pobíhala a snažila se někam dovolat. Asi po půl hodině se dovolala paní Pospíšilové, která tvrdila,že mi zásilku zaslali domů,aniž bych platila poštovné,že teda poštovné uhradili za mě, tak jsem odešla s prázdnou,ale s tím,že to bude na poště,na poštu jsem chodila pravidelně a pořád nic nepřicházelo, v lednu jsem tedy opět kontaktovala paní Pospíšilovou a ta tvrdila, že se jim balíček vrátil,chtěla jsem zaslat foto a cislo zasilky, protože se mi to orpavdu nezdálo, když jsem na poštu chodila, že by mi balíček nevydali,to mi ale nikdy neposlala! Poprosila jsem ať mi to tedy pošel znovu nebo ať mi vrátí peníze, s tím nesouhlasila, že prostě vina není na jejich straně, Domluvily jsme se tedy, že si to vyzvednu osobně, poslala mi, kdy mají otevírací dobu, od ledna jsem tam v daném čase byla asi 4x a nikdy na prodejně nikdo nebyl, opět jsem volala paní Pospíšilové a ta mi tvrdila, že to není možné, že si maximálně odběhla na pět minut někam. Opravdu mi to už nedalo a tak jsem se tam opět vypravila a tentokrát před krámem čekala asi 20 minut, ptala se i ve vedlejších obchůdcích jestli tam někdy vůbec bývaj a ti mi řekli, že občas tam někoho zahlédnou, ale ne nijak pravidelně. Takže tu máme polovinu dubna a já svůj kalendář na rok 2014 stále nemám!!!!! So I asked to send it again or to give me money back, disagreeing that it was just not their fault, so we agreed to pick it up personally, sending me when they had opening hours, since January I was there at that time she was about four times and there was never one in the shop, I called Mrs. Pospisilova again and she told me that it is not possible that she ran for a maximum of five minutes somewhere. I really couldn't do it anymore, so I went there again and this time waited in front of the shop about 20 minutes, asked in the side shops if they ever live there and they told me that sometimes they see someone there, but not very regularly. So we have here half of April and I still do not have my calendar for 2014 !!!!!
P	Petra Straková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, objednala jsem si kalendáře k Vánocům a je půlka ledna a poslali mi jeden stolní a ostatních sedm nástěnných nepřišlo. Po telefonu se paní vymlouvá, že to popletli, že mysleli, že si přijdeme osobně.Mrzí mě, že jsem měla kalendáře pro prarodiče k Vánocům s vnučkou a nic nedorazilo. Pokusím se věc řešit přes kamarádku, která žije v Pardubicích a je právnička, snad to na ně bude platit. Jinak to vidím nejen na opravdu špatné recenze na netu, ale myslím, že se toho ráda chytne i televize!
