Probably my worst experience with online shopping. I ordered the goods and entered the billing and delivery address different (common thing). However, suddenly I received an e-mail from an accountant from the company for which the microphone was, she received e-mails regarding the order, etc. So I called the company to change it and they told me that the accountant did not write any e-mail . So I'm saying those emails just go there, so let it change. So it went well. Then he writes to me in the form of an email that the microphone I ordered will come next week from the time of ordering - no problem. But then the package doesn't come for 2 weeks, so I write an e-mail to the company stating that I haven't received the package yet and they just wrote to me: we deliver orders within two working days. So I answer: I've had an order with you for a month now, what it looks like. I did not receive an answer. Then, about 25 days after the order, the courier called me to say that he had a package for me. I wasn't home, so I redirected the package to the release site. When I got there, they didn't have a package there. So I went around the various release points to see if dpd made a mistake, for example. Then they come back to the original place and tell them the package code. It turned out there that the package wasn't even written to the delivery address I wrote, but to the company ... I've never really experienced so much problem on one package. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Disk is one of the best Czech companies engaged in the distribution and sale of musical instruments, musical hardware and software. Disk is a very reliable partner, there has never been a problem with the delivery or complaint. I also very much appreciate the expertise of the company's team. In addition, as one of the few, they have their own educational activities, which is not common in the Czech Republic. The disc is great and I highly recommend it to everyone!

I couldn't find a diagram for the M-Audio BX8 D3 speaker system on the Internet when it started making strange sounds. Although it is a simple device, I eventually sent it for service. They wrote this to me: The speaker is repaired, the total price (work, material used, cash on delivery) is CZK 1,625. It was not easy to find defective components, they had to change gradually, so it was not easy to accurately estimate and "increase" the price, but they managed to replace them.
