★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Z firmou máme velmi špatné zkušenosti. Materiál (vinylová podlaha) se záhy ukázal jako vadný. Firma neuznala reklamaci, přestože několik nezávislých odborníků posoudilo materiál jako špatný. Reklamační technik lhal a choval se prokazatelně ve prospěch firmy. Při snahách o řešení reklamace se k nám firma opakovaně obracela zády. Rozhodně nedoporučuji !!!!!
We have a very bad experience with the company. The material (vinyl floor) soon proved to be defective. The company did not accept the complaint, although several independent experts assessed the material as bad. The complaint technician lied and behaved demonstrably in favor of the company. The company has repeatedly turned its back on us in its efforts to resolve the complaint. Definitely not recommended !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i would strongly recommend to everyone to avoid this business at all cost. do NOT get anything from them unless You wanna get caught in a perpetual cycle of trying to get Your doors fixed. Their doors are of terribly poor quality as indicated by some of the door handles falling off within six months after installation. It was impossible to get anyone to repair them in spite of the 2 year warranty we were promised when buying them. oh and their vinyl floors are all scratched up after barely a year of regular use in spite of their claims of being extra durable. mind You neither the doors nor the floors were cheap by any means.
