Byli jsme tam s přítelkyní, místní Fantomas nám řekl, ať si vezmeme košík, ikdyž tam žádný nebyl, tak jsme se vrátili později, vzali jsme si košík, ten samý Fantomas na nás koukal a nic nám neřekl, jdeme dál a druhý zaměstnanec s náušnicí v uchu nás poslal pro druhý košík, ikdyž jsem měl obě ruce plné tašek, tak jsem mu řekl a do jaký ruky si mám asi vzít ten košík? A on odvětil, že mu to je jedno, tak jsme odešli a už nikdy do této prodejny, nepáchneme. Takhle si váží zákazníků, radím ostatním lidem, ať do této prodejny opravdu nechodí. Absolutely disastrous approach to customers. My girlfriend and I were there, the local Fantomas told us to take a basket, even though there was none, so we came back later, we took a basket, the same Fantomas looked at us and didn't tell us anything, we went on and the other employee with the earring he sent us in his ear for a second basket, even though I had both hands full of bags, so I told him and in which hand should I take the basket? And he replied that he didn't care, so we left and we'll never smell in this store again. This is how he values customers, I advise other people not to really go to this store.

Sice hodně nepřehledné, asi to tak má být, aby zákazník hledal a koupil co ani nechtel. Za to pokladní neochotma, nepříjemná. Fronta jako hrom a nikde nikdo. Pak se priritila a k ochotě a vstřícnosti hodně chybělo. Tahle prodejna zklamání. Bohužel Every store is different. Absolutely great goods and great staff in Rokycany. This cannot be said about the store in CČM. Assortment ok. Although very confusing, it should probably be so that the customer is looking for and buying what he did not even want.
