J	Jaroslav Savický (yaroska) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zkusíl jsem zarezervovat dodávku. Bohužel to nevyšlo - ceny na webu jsou platné pouze v případě, že si pronajmete dodávku na měsíc (nebo nějak tak). Tak pozor na tohle. Ridiče/stěhováka taky bohužel neměli. I tried to book a van. Unfortunately, it didn't work out - the prices on the website are only valid if you rent a van for a month (or so). So watch out for this. Unfortunately, they also didn't have a driver / mover.
T	Tomáš Najbrt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Webové stránky budí dojem renomované firmy. Po příjezdu na místo žádná cedule. Musel jsem hledat kancelář, původně jsem si myslel, že jsem na autovrakovišti... Při předání vozu (starší vůz s velkým nájezdem) personál velmi laxní. Předání vozu a podpis smlouvy proběhlo ve velkém spěchu. Až doma jsem zjistil, že smlouva převážně obsahuje sankce za případné porušení smlouvy ze strany nájemce. Na webu se chlubí zárukou férových cen (uvádí - všechny ceny jsou koncové, bez jakýchkoliv skrytých poplatků). A při vrácení vozu pak od klientů vybírají vysoké pokuty. Důvod, proč jsem si vybral tuto půjčovnu byla výška ložné plochu u půjčeného vozu 200 cm. Ani to ale nebyla pravda, skříň 195 cm se na výšku nevešla. Chybí mi uvedení smlouvy na netu, aby si ji každý mohl dopředu prostudovat. Když to není umožněno při podpisu. Ale kdyby smlouvu dali na web, neměli by klienty, protože by je odradila. Půjčovnu nedoporučuji. The website gives the impression of a reputable company. No sign on arrival. I had to look for an office, I originally thought I was at a car wreck ... The staff is very lax when handing over the car (older car with a large driveway). The handover of the car and the signing of the contract took place in a great hurry. I only found out at home that the contract mostly contains sanctions for possible breach of contract by the tenant. The website boasts a guarantee of fair prices (states - all prices are final, without any hidden fees). And when returning the car, they collect heavy fines from clients. The reason why I chose this rental company was the height of the loading area for the rented car 200 cm. But that was not true either, the 195 cm cabinet did not fit in height. I miss putting the contract on the net so that everyone can study it in advance. When this is not allowed when signing. But if they put the contract on the web, they wouldn't have clients because it would discourage them. I do not recommend renting.

A	Alex Bassi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very old van. We had to pay for 4 full days but we had to bring the van back in the morning of the forth day (van was taken at 4PM but had to be brought back at 9AM). Definitely not worth the price. I would not recommend.

Booking was simple, and Lukas was very understanding when I had to cancel my first booking at the last minute . When I picked up the van I realised it wasn't gonna be big enough for what I wanted to move. Again, Lukas was understanding and switched me up to a bigger van with no hassle. The vans aren't anything fancy but the one I had ran fine and did the job. Price was the best I could find. I was a bit apprehensive about the cash deposit, but that was all fine - in fact it was done on trust as they were busy when I returned the van so just asked if it was ok, took the mileage and gave me back my deposit. Lukas is an honest guy, and the service was straightforward and hassle free. I would use again.

I was communicating with the people in English via email and they responded very quickly. The place was a little difficult to find as it is in a big yard in the back corner with many other car related business. The hand over and handing back the vehicle was all done in English. I can highly recommend this company. :)
