Vstřícný přístup, rychlá a efektivní komunikace, dobrá podpora při řešení požadavků nebo oprav v bytě. Jen opravy v bytě občas trvají déle. Nájemce v bytě je pohodový, tak uvidíme, jak to půjde s těmi dalšími, ale zatím jsem velmi spokojena. Zkusila jsem i konkurenční společnost a Dokonalý nájemník mi přišel nesrovnatelně lepší. I'm a landlord. I have been cooperating with the company for over 2 years. They found the tenants quickly, payments are due on time. The agreement is problem-free, the reaction is quick. Only repairs in the apartment sometimes take longer. The tenant in the apartment is comfortable, so we'll see how it goes with the others, but so far I'm very satisfied. I also tried a competing company and the Perfect Tenant came to me incomparably better.

Při porovnání s pronájmem bez prostředníka mohu potvrdit velké výhody této služby (odpadá nepříjemné jednání s problematickým nájemníkem, které jsem osobně podstoupila). Platby probíhají vždy včas a bez problémů. I first encountered this way of renting. Měl jsem několik požadavků spojených s problémy v bytě (rozbitý nábytek, žaluzie,...) a vždy přistoupili k řešení pragmaticky a pomohli vysvětlit pronajímatelům, že z dlouhodobého pohledu se spokojený nájemce opravdu vyplatí. I had several requirements associated with problems in the apartment (broken furniture, blinds, ...) and always approached the solution pragmatically and helped explain to landlords that in the long run, a satisfied tenant will really pay off. Bohužel po týdnu telefon, majitel si vše rozmyslel a smlouva se ruší, pardon. Tímto nám společnost dosti zkomplikovala situaci a ani si nechci představit, kdyby nám toto oznámila např. 14 dní před stěhováním. Možná by to chtělo lepší komunikaci s majiteli bytu, než následně řešit takové faux pas. Do budoucna si asi hodne rozmyslím, zda s touto společností uzavřu nějakou smlouvu, bohužel :( The agreement for the inspection of the apartment and the subsequent signing of the reservation contract, including the sending of the reservation deposit, was absolutely fine. Unfortunately after a week the phone, the owner changed his mind and the contract is canceled, sorry. This made the situation quite complicated for us, and I don't even want to imagine if it informed us of this, for example, 14 days before the move. Maybe it would take better communication with the apartment owners than subsequently addressing such a faux pas. In the future, I will probably think about whether I will conclude a contract with this company, unfortunately :(

Zatím nebyl žádný vážný problém. Hlavně se nemusíme o nic starat. Vzhledem k tomu, že bydlíme 60km od pronajímaného bytu, bylo by pro nás složité stále dojíždět kvůli řešení různých záležitostí. Také díky pravidleným reportům máme stále přehled o tom, v jakém stavu byt je. Na začátku jsme váhali, zda do toho jít, ale teď vidíme, že je to to nejlepší, co jsme mohli udělat a jsme rádi, že tato společnost tyto služby poskytuje.
