Je pravda, že systém objednávek a telefonních čísel na webových stránkách by mohl být trochu přehlednější, ale jinak - tahle klinika je naprosté zjevení, co se odbornosti týče, vstřícného a milého klientského přístupu týče, i cen. Mají skvěle vybavené ordinace, snaží se vyjít vstříc a jsou opravdu velmi milí. Navíc dělají něco, co v jiných ordinacích už dnes těžko najdete - podrobné plány péče, včetně cenové nabídky a alternativ tak, aby si pacient sám mohl vybrat, co přesně chce. Nula arogance tak obvyklé jinde. Náš doktor, Boris Zlenko, je perfekcionista, který své práci rozumí a pacienti se v jeho ordinaci cítí dobře. Je to radost chodit k zubaři a jeho sestřička je poklad! Už jsem k nim doporučila několik svých známých a všichni jsme nadmíru spokojeni. They have well-equipped surgeries, they try to meet your needs and they are really very nice. In addition, they do something that is hard to find in other practices today - detailed care plans, including a quote and alternatives so that the patient can choose exactly what he wants. Zero arrogance so common elsewhere. Our doctor, Boris Zlenko, is a perfectionist who understands his job and patients feel good in his office. It's a pleasure to go to the dentist and his sister is a treasure! I have already recommended several of my acquaintances to them and we are all extremely satisfied.

Vše v pohodě , bezbolestně. Vše vysvětleno, cena vždy dohodnutá předem. I kdyby čirou náhodou došlo k nějakému nedorozumění a měl bych v čekárně čekat o hodinu déle, čekal bych s radostí. Пришел на прием к назначенному времени, но меня никто не ждал, услугу я не получил Занимательная история. На сайте компании есть форма для резервирования времени, я заполнил ее, спустя 2 дня так никто и не перезвонил. Решил позвонить сам, сотрудница говорила на русском, сначала сказала "в этом месяце все уже занято", потом "есть в пятницу" , когда уже согласовали время, она сказала что ошиблась и "есть в понедельник". Согласовали в понедельник. Я пришел к назначенному времени, некоторое время просидел пока сотрудница клиники не спросила кого я жду. Как оказалось в их системе не было зарезервировано время для меня и нужного врача нет. Еще спросила на какой именно номер я звонил, это странно. В итоге попросила прийти через 2 часа и в другой кабинет. Я согласился. Спустя час мне позвонили, представились этой клиникой, говорили только на чешском и немного на английском, сказали что не смогут меня принять, и на этом спасибо, что второй раз не пошел без толку! Agreed on Monday. I arrived at the appointed time, sat for some time until the clinic employee asked who I was waiting for. As it turned out, there was no time reserved for me in their system and there was no doctor I needed. She also asked what number I called, it's strange. As a result, she asked to come in 2 hours and to another office. I agreed. An hour later, they called me, introduced themselves as this clinic, spoke only Czech and a little English, they said that they would not be able to accept me, and thanks for that, that the second time did not go to no avail!
