Recepční je naprosto arogantní a nekompetentní osoba. Na poslední návštěvě dentální hygieny jsem přišel o 5 min prěd smluvenou schůzkou, ale byl jsem pozván na samotné čištění až o 20 min pozdeji. Tento cas mi následně paní recepcni chtel byt nauctovan. Kdyz jsem rekl, ze jsem byl přijat o 15 min pozdeji, začala se chovat arogantně a penize navic stale dozadovla. Nakonec sla za dentalni hygienistkou a se znechucenym obličejem a bez omluvy mi dala částku nižší. Za ceny, které jsou účtovány, bych čekal zakazniciky servis na mnohem vetsi urovni. Jsou to veci, které si rozmyslim i pristi navstevu. Dalsi je pokulhavajici vybavení. Odsavacka jim moc nefunguje. Často se topim. Jinak holky hygienstky jsou vzdy prijemne a šikovně a předešlé problémy dokážu kompenzovat. Uvidime priste, jestli se bude neco podobného opakovat. Zde koncim. On my last visit to the dental hygiene, I lost 5 minutes on a scheduled appointment, but I was invited to clean myself up to 20 minutes later. This time the lady receptionist wanted me to be honored. When I said I was taken 15 minutes later, she started to behave arrogantly and the money was still over. In the end, she was behind the other hygienist and with a disgusted face, and without apology she gave me a lower amount. For the prices charged, I would expect a customer service at a much larger level. These are things that I will also think about next visit. Another is hitching equipment. The sucker doesn't work much for them. Often I'm drowning. Otherwise, hygienist girls are always nice and clever and can compensate for the previous problems. Let's see if something like that will happen again. Here to the end.

Jsou vážně úžasní. Orthodontics - a very pleasant environment, dear doctors and their assistants, very human and empathetic approach. I highly recommend this surgery. They are really amazing.

Mam zkusenost s klasickou stomatologii i stomatochirurgii, kterou provadi vedouci lekar MUDr. Simunek. Pokud bych mela porovnat ceny, tak jsou zcela srovnatelne s konkurenci a rozumne. Velmi se vylepsila i recepce, pokud se nedovolam, tak volaji zpet, na email reakce okamzita. Vsem moc dekuji. The whole family we have been Natur-dent's clients since its foundation, ie since 2007. I jeho kolegové jsou velmi šikovní a ochotní, můžu jen a jen doporučit! Případné delší čekací lhůty jsou dané totálním nedostatkem kvalitních zubařů, vyčkat se vyplatí!
