D	Dess Atanasova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po pul roce jsem se chtěla objednat na kontrolu a bylo mi oznámeno, že bohužel moje zubařka končí, což se na této klinice děje poměrně často ale pokaždé se našla náhrada. Tentokrát si prý mám jít hledat zubaře jinam... tak vám pěkně děkuji za včasnou informaci, kterou bych nevěděla kdybych si nezavolala sama :D After half a year, I wanted to order an inspection and I was informed that unfortunately my dentist was finishing, which happens quite often at this clinic, but a replacement was always found. This time I'm supposed to go looking for a dentist elsewhere ... so thank you very much for the timely information that I wouldn't know if I didn't call myself: D

V srpnu paní na recepci slíbila, že zavolají v září. Nikdo se neozval. Mám si zavolat v prosinci, ale nemohou nic slíbit, protože nic nevědí..Co dodat, je to hodně neprofesionální jednání..pacienty prostě nepotřebují a lékaři asi vědí, proč odchází..já myslím, že si lidé na základě recenzí udělají obrázek sami.. It is not possible to order, they do not currently have free dentists. They do not inform that the dentist we went to is over. In August, the lady at the reception promised to call in September. No one answered. I have to call in December, but they can't promise anything because they don't know anything..What to add is a very unprofessional meeting..patients just don't need it and doctors probably know why they're leaving..I think people will take a picture of themselves based on reviews ..
V	Veronika on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mohu jen doporučit, jelikož jsem nebyla registrovaným pacientem, ale potřebovala jsem akutní zákrok zkusila jsem se objednat. Na zprávu mi bylo odpovězeno do hodinky a objednaná jsem byla ještě ten den. Personál velice ochotný. Paní zubařka se sestřičkou úplně nejlepší vše mi vysvětlily a pomohly od bolesti Další výhodou je dostupnost. Opravdu minutka cesty od MHD. Ceny standardní. Veronika O. I can only recommend because I was not a registered patient, but I needed an acute procedure I tried to order. The message was replied to my watch and I was ordered that day. Staff very helpful. Bohužel jsem se právě dozvěděl, že odešla na mateřskou, a ostatní doktoři nejsou k dispozici, a mě se včera pozdě večer začala drolit, na kraji, plomba na předním zubu. Mám si, podle slečny na recepci, zavolat na objednání v polovině září. Kdy se asi zub rozsype už celý. A nebo jít na nějakou soukromou kliniku, na což fakt momentálně nemám. So far, my doctor is always fine. Unfortunately, I had just learned that she had gone to maternity leave, and the other doctors were not available, and late last night I began to crumble, on the edge, a seal on my front tooth. According to the young lady at the reception, I should call to order in mid-September. When the tooth will probably fall apart. Or go to a private clinic, which I really don't have at the moment.
P	Petr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stomatochirurgie - paní doktorka Iva Michalusová a její sestřička jsou naprosto skvělé. Měl jsem velmi komplikované vysekávání osmiček a ač to byl jeden z mých nejhorších zážitků v životě, tak musím říct, že díky oběma dámám to dopadlo nakonec dobře :) Rozhodně mohu doporučit! Co se týká klasických zubařů, tak už jsem za posledních pár let vystřídal asi 3 a všichni byli dle mého názoru super. Dental surgery - Dr. Iva Michalusová and her nurse are absolutely great. I had a very complicated cutting of eights and although it was one of my worst experiences in my life, I must say that thanks to both ladies it turned out well in the end :) I can definitely recommend! As for classic dentists, I've replaced about 3 in the last few years and they were all great in my opinion.
G	Gabriel Josef Melena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokud tam pracoval pan Kotek, tak vše bylo OK. Pan Kotek odešel a najednou jsem byl jinde. Nová paní zubařka si vymyslela, že jsem 2x přišel bez omluvy. Od recepčí jsem obdržel zprávu, že tam jako pacient neexistuji. Na datovou zprávu za měsíc neodpověděli. Takže sportovce (jak na svých stránkách uvádí) léčí bez problému. Když jde o lidi s postižením, tak ty už tak zajímaví zřejmě nejsou. Minulý rok jsem onemocněl, byl jsem objednaný a zrušil jsem to. Do teď neví jestli to byla jen chřipečka. V rámci epidemie, jsem jim jen sdělil, ať dají hlavně přednost pacientům s akutními obtížemi. Já nyní kvůli Stomatu přišel asi tak o 50 000Kč a možná více, protože mám trvalá poškození po napadení a skončila promlčecí lhůta u pojišťovny. Cítím ze stomatu jen AROGANCI A POHRDÁNÍ NAD OSUDEM ČLOVĚKA. Zkusím to konzultovat s naší organizací, kteří mají právníka. Každou návštěvu zde budu reflektovat své zdravotní pojišťovně a neodpustím ani sebemenší chybičku. A já jsem na to pedant! As long as Mr. Kotek worked there, everything was OK. So he treats athletes (as he states on his website) without any problems. When it comes to people with disabilities, they are probably not so interesting anymore. I got sick last year, I was ordered and I canceled it. Until now, he doesn't know if it was just the flu. As part of the epidemic, I just told them to give priority to patients with acute problems. I have now lost about CZK 50,000 and maybe more because of Stomat, because I have permanent damage after the attack and the limitation period at the insurance company has expired. From the stoma, I feel only AROGANCE and DISGRACEFUL OVER THE FATE OF MAN. I will try to consult with our organization who have a lawyer. I will reflect on every visit to my health insurance company and I will not forgive the slightest mistake. And I'm a pedant!

Jeste jednou děkuji i za podporu od slečny na recepci ;) Professional approach and painless extraction. I was with Dr. Plachý. He gave me a bit of 2 teeth extraction work, but everything was perfect. Thanks again for the support from the young lady at the reception;)
J	Jiri Miksa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Včera jsem byl u pana doktora Plachého na extrakci 2 8ček. Jednak bych chtěl pochválit rychlost a precizní zákrok, za 10 minut bylo hotovo. A také bych chtěl poděkovat ochotné slečně na recepci která mi dala ještě tentýž večer termín a byla ochotná mi sdělit veškeré informace. Mohu jedině doporučit. PS : obešel jsem se bez jakýchkoliv léků na bolest. Jediné co mě trápí tak se mi výplň asi otočila a mám jí kolmo a tudíž je nad ránou, ale to se asi stává. Yesterday I was with Dr. Plachý to extract 2 8s. Firstly, I would like to praise the speed and the precise intervention, it was done in 10 minutes. And I would also like to thank the helpful young lady at the reception who gave me an appointment the same evening and was willing to give me all the information. I can only recommend. PS: I did without any pain medication. The only thing that bothers me is that the filling probably turned around me and I have it perpendicular and therefore it is above the wound, but it probably happens.
