V	Vladimír Vlásek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ udělal jsem objednávku, bohužel po odeslání jsem zjistil že jsem objednal špatně, hnedka jsem posílal email ohledně zrušení objednávky a výsledek : Dneska ráno mi přišel email s tím že zakázka byla předána dopravci, takže si zboží nevyzvednu protože jsem koupil špatnou a chtěl jsem od Vás poradit, dále jsem dneska telefonoval minimálně 7x , nikdo se mi neozval, nezvedl mi telefon a telefonní číslo bylo nonstop obsazený. Nevím ale tohle není pro mě normální!!! Připadá mi to jako nějaké repasované zboží!!!! Obchod ja rozhodně nedoporučuji! I bought a compressor Scheppach came first, bent holder for the wheel. OK happens! They sent a second and that one punctured oil cover! I don't know but this is not normal for me !!! It feels like some refurbished goods !!!! I definitely do not recommend the store!

Dávám tomu ještě tento den s pokusy o dovolání se a poté odstupuji od smlouvy. Štěstí, že jsem zvolila dobírku a nic jsme neplatili předem. The order was made 14 days ago, confirmed, the goods were in stock, but unfortunately it has not been shipped yet, it is absolutely impossible to call the call center and after reading the reviews I regret that I made the order. I give it another day with attempts to appeal and then I withdraw from the contract. Lucky I chose cash on delivery and we didn't pay anything in advance.

Objednáno příslušenství ke skleníku za cca 3.800,-, vše skladem, při objednávce do 12:00 hod dokonce expedice tentýž den, skvělé...Urgence po 3 dnech - (podařilo se mi dovolat): jedna položka není naskladněna, ale prý budou expedovat ten den, nejhůř zítra...dnes je to týden, nic. Tel. kontakt je od té doby trvale obsazen, email bez odezvy...Ceny pěkné, ale co je to platné, když mám zaplaceno a zboží nikde??? Jinak na stránkách je mnou objednané zboží stále skladem... 1 star just so I can continue writing, otherwise 0 is correct. Dnes jsem zkoušel si u vás objednat štípačku dřeva v ceně 22tis. Bohužel jediné tel. číslo na které se dovolat nedá, nejsem jediný s touto zkušenosti. Při představě, že bych s vámi řešil reklamaci budu koukat po jiném spolehlivém prodejci. Vy jim u mě nejste. P	Pavel Wagner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dal jsem dvě hvězdy a to proto, že mám od této firmy několik strojů a vesměs nebyl žádný velký problém....když jsem reklamoval první vše proběhlo v pořádku. Bohužel následná reklamace jiného stroje byla zamítnuta s tím, že je poškozen vzduchový filtr. Jenomže s tím filtrem byl stroj dodán a když stroj přivezli z opravy ( za cenu 2256,-), tak jsem zkoumal ten filtr a nebylo na ně jediné známky nějakého poškození.....očividně se firma postupně zhoršuje dle posledních recenzí :-( . Takže řešeno přes ČOI. I gave two stars because I have several machines from this company and there was generally no big problem .... when I complained first everything went well.
