★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S takhle protivnou obsluhou jsem se snad ještě nikde nesetkala. Byli jsme vracet zboží na prodejnu s tím, že jsme se ještě předem ptali, zdali nebude problém zboží vrátit, když nám nebude vyhovovat. Paní řekla že bez problému. V ten samí den jsme zboží vrátili, s tím že si zboží proměníme za větší rozměr. Už z pohledu paní na pokladně bylo vidět, že ji otravujeme. Na pokladnu ohledně výměny pak musel zřejmě přijít ,,nějaký vedoucí prodejny nebo tak''. Vážně nevím.. ale co mě opravdu zarazilo, že pán nebyl ani schopný pozdravit. Tyto lidi by podle mě neměli reprezentovat pobočku a když je ta práce nebaví, tak ať ji nedělají. Po těchto zkušenostech si raději zajedu do Pardubic.
 I have probably never encountered such annoying service. We were returning the goods to the store, asking in advance if it would not be a problem to return the goods if they did not suit us. The lady said no problem. On the same day, we returned the goods, with the proviso that we would turn the goods into a larger dimension. From the point of view of the lady at the cash register, it was clear that we were bothering her. Apparently, "some store manager or something" had to come to the checkout for the exchange. I really don't know ... but what really struck me was that the master wasn't even able to say hello. I don't think these people should represent a branch, and if they don't like the job, don't do it. After this experience, I prefer to go to Pardubice.
