M	Mirek Šanda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nikdy by mě nenapadlo, že si tady koupím sedací soupravu. Ale kombinace slušné ceny a jejich akce prostě rozhodla. Ovšem personál to je originál! A pokladna, ta nemá chybu. Běhalo tam pět prodavačů na osm zákazníků, všichni zpocený a nikdo nebyl v podstatě obsloužen. Kasa prázdná. Masakr. Ale jak říkám, cena rozhodla, takže to martyrium jsme vydrželi a budeme se těšit.. Bez urážky- ten vedoucí tam je úplně mimo, fakt to je očistec. Je mi líto té "Boženky", ta jediná byla v obraze. I never thought I'd buy a sofa here. But the combination of a decent price and their action just decided. But the staff is the original! And the cash register, she has no mistake. There were five vendors running to eight customers, all sweaty and no one was basically served. Kasa empty. Massacre. But as I say, the price decided, so we kept the martyrium and we will look forward .. No offense- the leader there is totally out, really a purgatory. I'm sorry about the "Bozenka", the only one in the picture.

Pred casem jsem zakoupil mixer bosh cca za tři tisice.... premlouvali mě k zakoupení okamzité výměny a skutek utekl dnes mi byla odepřena okamžitá výměna ke které mě opravdu dlouho přemlouvali... takže jim nevěřte!!! Nechuť personalu byla opravdu Odstrasující, takže příšte pujdu radeji do Datartu, nebo nekam jinam. V Okay jiz nikdy nenakoupim!!! I must say that an absolutely unpleasant gentleman who accepted the complaint !! Okay in Hradec u Kauflandu !! Some time ago I bought a bosh mixer for about three thousand .... they persuaded me to buy an immediate exchange and the deed escaped today I was denied an immediate exchange to which they persuaded me for a really long time ... so don't believe them !!! The reluctance of the staff was really scary, so next time I'd rather go to Datart or somewhere else. I will never buy again in Okay !!!
J	Jan Zahradník on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je tam hodnej a zlej.Ten hodnej by mi lednicku vynesl s maximalnim usilim kamkoliv a ten zlej by ji nechal klidne na mezipatre.Chvili jsem vahal,kdo je vlastne zakaznik....ale v pohode,usetril jsem dvacet litru za lednici a jedu si zalyzovat do Rakouska ? It's good and bad there. The good one would bring me the fridge with maximum effort anywhere and the bad one would leave it calmly on the mezzanine floor. Komu by se to nelíbilo. ? Coincidentally, we were taken over by the father of the branch manager, so this review is more for him. He was well informed and funny, throwing discounts at himself. Who wouldn't like that. ?
O	Ondra Mečiar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Komunikace strašná, na objednávku jsem čekal přes měsíc, po hovoru na zákaznické lince mi bylo řečeno že se dodávka bude na skladu urgovat, nicméně asi týden se nic nedělo a po přibližně týdnů přišel mail o zrušení objednávky. Už je to téměř měsíc, vrácené peníze nikde. U Okay jsem skončil. The communication was terrible, I waited for the order for over a month, after a call on the customer line I was told that the delivery would be urgent in the warehouse, however, nothing happened for about a week and after about weeks the e-mail about canceling the order arrived. It's been almost a month, money back nowhere. I'm done at Okay's.
