I bought a laptop bag at this store. The bag for less than CZK 2,400 made of artificial leather, due to the material and construction, came to me quite expensive, but I was assured that it was a really high-quality product. After the second use, the metal handle fell on the shoulder strap - the second spilled spontaneously when I pulled the bag out of the closet, so I put it back, occasionally carrying it for a complaint. My mistake was that I did not reclaim the bag immediately, but until the end of the warranty period - so I absolutely did not require an exchange or a refund, but only a repair of the handles. The product was returned to me twice from the complaint, stating that it is a quote: mechanical damage, when the handbag shows signs of wear appropriate to the length of wear. I have to agree with the assessor - the bag corresponds to two uses. As can be seen in the attached photos, it is completely unworn and the strap is still folded into the original folds - there was nothing to attach it to and the whole bag completely lost its sense of use. At the same time, the fittings were in the claimed bag, so a few connections were enough and the bag was like new. When I compare the approach of the DOMIbags seller, for example, with the Baťa company - here, with a handbag, which I wore, unlike a laptop bag for about a year and a half, I tore off part of the zipper slider - I went to the store he will do something. The saleswoman took my bag for a complaint and replaced the metal part with a functional plastic piece. And Baťa could regularly argue that in this case it was a worn-out product. I recommend all my friends to avoid the DOMIbags store. There are other brands for which customer care does not end with sales of the product sold.

We already have the second suitcase from this store and great satisfaction. You will recognize quality suitcases especially at full load on the road. The staff was always happy to advise us, give us a choice of different options and did not force anything. We will definitely be back.
