Objednala jsem si fotky, přišli na prodejnu dva stejné balíčky, já objednala jen jedny fotky. Chtěli po mě zaplatit stornopoplatek, který stál jako fotky samotné, přitom chyba nebyla na mé straně. Doma fotky rozbalím a kazdá jiný rozměr a vsechny bílé okraje. Do alba nepoužitelné, vypadávají ven.Přesla jsem to, že jsem udělala chybu pri objednavaní. Nyní objednáno znovu, zadaný klasický formát 10x15 cm. Fotky přišli opét kažká jinak velká. Některé 13,5 x 10, dalsí 18x10 a dalsí 20x10. Tato zkušenost není jen moje. Prosím,když neumíte vyvolat všechny fotky stejně velké, nenabízejte tuto službu. Jsem naštvaná. Už nikdy si nic neobjednám a určitě nikomu nedoporučím.
This store can't do my experience, rather the company as such.
I ordered photos, two identical packages came to the store, I only ordered one photos. They wanted to pay me a cancellation fee, which stood like the photos themselves, and the mistake was not on my side. At home I unpack the photos and each different size and all the white borders. Unusable to the album, they fall out. I figured out I made a mistake when ordering. Now ordered again, entered classic format 10x15 cm. The photos came again any different size. Some 13.5 x 10, others 18x10 and others 20x10. This experience is not just mine. Please do not offer this service unless you can retrieve all photos of the same size. I'm angry. I will never order anything again and I will definitely not recommend it to anyone.

Just don't go to this particular department in Ostrava, they really don't know how to take photos for an American visa
