★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Problém s personálem jak čtu předchozí recenze je vždy v lidech a jejích povaze a je smutné že v dnešní době se dokáže arogantně chovat k zákazníkovi. Já tuhle zkušenost s téhle prodejny nemám ale je možné že tam třeba už dotyčný pracovník nepracuje. Hodnotím prodejnu kde občas zajdu ale většinou si objednám přes internet a tady vyzvednu. Ceny na netu jsou jiné než na prodejně a občas je něco zajímavého v akci jinak jsou věci za stejné ceny jako kdekoliv. 14.2.2019 opět návštěva téhle prodejny a opět ochotný personál a opět vše bez problémů.
 The problem with staff as I read the previous review is always in people and its nature and it is sad that nowadays it can arrogantly behave towards the customer. I do not have this experience with this shop but it is not possible that the worker does not work there anymore. I value the shop where I sometimes go but usually order online and pick up here. Prices on the net are different than on the store and sometimes there is something interesting in the action otherwise things are at the same prices as anywhere. February 14, 2019 again visit this store and again willing staff and again everything without any problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ceny něco dražší něco zase levnější, ale mají pravidelně různé akce a hry i vykupují na prodejně takže si můžete snížit svojí cenu objednávky. Prodejna je pěkně zařízená, čistá a přehledná vždycky vím kde co mají a nemusím složitě hledat. Personál je na jedničku, mají skvělé znalosti v oboru a vždycky poradí co je nejlepší pro zákazníka a nesnaží se prodat za každou cenu to nejdražší zboží, řeknou i svůj názor jestli je zboží kvalitní nebo spíš ne a doporučí jiný produkt. Tato prodejna může jít jiným obchodům příkladem.
Prices something more expensive something cheaper again, but they regularly have different events and games i buy at the store so you can lower your order price. The store is nicely furnished, clean and clear I always know where to have what I do not have to look complicated. The staff is excellent, they have great knowledge in the field and always advise what is best for the customer and do not try to sell at all costs the most expensive goods, they will also say their opinion if the goods are good or rather not and recommend another product. This store can be an example to other stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po dnešní návštěvě musím říct, že jsem si po dlouhé době připadal, že jsem přišel někam, kde jsou profíci, kteří se umí věnovat zákazníkovi. Velice moc děkuji za milý přístup prodavače ( pán s brýlemi ), za profesionální jednání a obsluhu. Rád se zase vrátím. Oceňuji bazar, výběr a personál.
Edit. po dvou letech. Stále skvělý personál, který umí poradit, široký výběr, bazarové hry, poslední dobou se tady velmi rád vracím, čím dál častěji. Díky za takové příjemné prodejny se skvělými lidmi :)
After today's visit, I must say that after a long time, I felt that I had come somewhere where there are professionals who can pay attention to the customer. Thank you very much for the kind approach of the seller (gentleman with glasses), for the professional conduct and service. I'd love to be back. I appreciate the bazaar, selection and staff.
Edit. after two years. Still great staff who can advise, a wide selection, bazaar games, lately I am very happy to return here, more and more often. Thanks for such nice shops with great people :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poměrně velká prodejna videoher s velmi ochotnou a profesionální obsluhou, která doporučí či pomůže, pokud je to v jejich silách. Taktéž že lze koupit i trička a kšiltovky s logy filmů i videoher. Není zde žádná možnost si hry vyzkoušet.
A relatively large video game store with a very helpful and professional staff that will recommend or help if they can. You can also buy T-shirts and caps with logos of movies and video games. There is no way to try the game.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Navštívila jsem JRC v době, kdy fungovalo pouze jako výběrní místo v období pandemie a konkrétně v Nové Karolině byl velmi milý a ochotný pán. I když byla objednávka už stornovaná, byla mi vydaná. Tímto chci moc poděkovat panu Radimovi. Profesionální, zkušený přístup s úsměvem, kde není nic problém. Jste skvělý!
I visited the JRC at a time when it only functioned as a selection site during a pandemic, and specifically in New Carolina he was a very nice and helpful gentleman. Although the order was already canceled, it was issued to me. I would like to thank Mr Radim very much. Professional, experienced approach with a smile where nothing is a problem. You are awesome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dali jsme s přítelem na opravu xbox one S , ale víme že odesílají do Prahy na servis . Xbox po měsíci dojel k nim převzala jsem ( měla jsem zkontrolovat u nich ) , byl poškrábaný( škrabanec vpředu ) , říkám ok stane se . Zapneme a tam stále stejná chyba a error a nic víc . Říkám mají záruku to opraví , no jenže sranda je , ze nejede už ani CD mechanika .
Zkušenost - špatná .

My friend and I repaired an xbox one S, but we know that they are sending it to Prague for service. Xbox after a month reached them I took over (I had to check with them), it was scratched (scratch in front), I say ok it will happen. We turn on and there still the same error and error and nothing more. I say they have a warranty to fix it, but the funny thing is, the CD drive isn't working anymore.
Experience - bad.
Salespeople, but accommodating in Carolina.
