★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moje zkušenost ? Příšerná v r.2018 8 měsíc. Jsem této realitní kanceláři dala pozemek do prodeje s tím, že mi k pozemku udělají i stavební povolení. Po 2.5 letech nemám vůbec nic,ani stavební povolení ani 98 tisíc. A teď to dost hoří, jelikož je udělané územní plánování a pozemek je v rezervaci s tím, že se dodela st.povolení ,tak se může stát, že ze stavebního pozemku mi udělají louku na které, se vůbec nic nepostaví. Pěkně děkuji . Peníze z nich nemůžu vydolovat. Nejsem tak bohatá, abych dala dalších 98 tisíc na st.povolení.
 My experience ? Terrible in 2018 8 month. I put the land for sale to this real estate agency, with the proviso that they will also give me a building permit for the land. After 2.5 years, I have nothing at all, neither a building permit nor 98 thousand. And now it's quite burning, because the land use planning is done and the land is in the reservation with the proviso that the state permit has been granted, so it may happen that they will turn my building land into a meadow on which nothing will be built at all. Thank you very much . I can't make money from them. I'm not rich enough to put another 98,000 on a permit.
