How to build a turnkey house with Simply Invest and whether to recommend the company? Based on my own experience, clearly yes. After clarifying the scope of the construction, including the necessary details, which is very important not to be underestimated by the investor, the "concert" began processing the project documentation, processing the construction notification and the actual implementation of the construction. The individual activities fit together logically and logistically according to the agreed schedule. What was agreed was valid and the communication worked perfectly throughout the implementation. The house is built as agreed and we are already using it to our full satisfaction. Thanks go to the whole team that worked with me, and especially to Mr. David, the executive, and Mr. Kulem, the construction manager. With Simply Invest, family houses s.r.o. (hereinafter "SI"), we were very satisfied. The construction of the house went quickly and without complications. All our requests were always heard from SI, all our questions were answered and the whole team paid maximum attention to us. What the SI promised us also kept. Mr. David and his team kept track of deadlines, subcontractors and all work performed. Our cooperation and technical supervision required minimal cooperation. We live in the house for a few weeks, but we recommend everyone to build a wooden building with SI.

Simply Invest (hereinafter SI) built a turnkey wooden building for me. They handled all permits. It was amazing that the original time estimate came true, even during COVID's madness. Then I only took part in processing the permit and I went abroad for the project itself, where I was for the entire construction period (3 months). I am from Prague and I was looking for an investment in Karlovy Vary. Through an acquaintance, I received a reference to the owner Viktor David. In retrospect, choosing SIMPLY INVEST was the perfect choice that saved me time, nerves and, I believe, money! I built the whole house for 5 meetings! YES, five meetings ? 1. getting to know the owner, choosing a house, a sample of the purchased land where I want to build and slapping 2nd selection from rich standards to the house - floors, doors, roof, partitions, layout 3rd selection of standards in the bathroom studio - bathroom, tiles in the hallway, separate toilet 4. on-site inspection during construction 5. taking over the keys to the house Everything else was communicated by email or telephone. SI did everything for me! From project documentation, through the building authority to the building approval. Today, in retrospect, I say how "simple" and very quickly I built a house where I have a satisfied tenant today. For me, this is really a turnkey construction in the reality of life and not like a marketing slogan in the text The construction budget was kept to the crown, I only paid extra for the above-standard equipment of the house (fireplace, alarm, higher standard in SIKO) and the surrounding landscaping of the land and driveway. There was only one defect in the whole project for which SIMPLY INVEST could not. Construction was faster than the CEZ connection ? Yes, the construction of the house was 4 months faster than the connection to the CEZ connection, where it was requested 6 months before the start of construction. This connection was handled by the seller of the land. So SIMPLY INVEST built the house from its own power plant - thanks! Just as my friend recommended me SIMPLY INVEST at the beginning of the whole "project", today I can warmly recommend the owner Viktor David and his company SI.
