Má mnoho nedostatků ale tím zásadním jsou mizivé znalosti pracovníků firmy modul-leg, kteří odpovídají za dokumenty ke stavbě a celkově otřesný přístup, když už mají vše dopředu zaplacené. Na stavbě, kde jsem byl, tam člověk z této firmy napáchal strašné zmatky a firma velmi poškodila zákazníka, když v plánech pro stavbu nasekala jednu chybu za druhou. Také nedodala potřebný materiál, zfušovala další práce atd. Když jsem potom viděl jakým způsobem jedná zástupce firmy se svým zákazníkem bylo mi opravdu zle. Také jsem viděl, co dokáže tzv. koordinátor z této firmy přímo na stavbě, resp. do jakých problémů svou neschopností vhání zákazníka a jak nákladné jsou opravy jeho přešlapů. Od stav. dozoru, co se pohybuje ve dřevostavbách od roku 99 a ve stavebnictví od r. 92 jsem dostal jednoznačné stanovisko na tuto skládačku – NEBRAT ani jako poslední možnost. Za finance a promarněný čas, který vynaložili zákazníci na opravy chyb systému modul-leg a zajištění statiky se dá postavit celý další dům.
