Willing service. Wine in a nice package for 59 CZK. Now there are discounts. Some things more expensive, but different than in the markets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zkušenost absolutně otřesná po telefonu. Volám na prodejnu jestli tam nemají určitý produkt odpověď od prodavačky nevim? Musím jí v podstatě přemlouvat aby mě něco prodala když jí řeknu jestli by mě produkt mohla uschovat odpoveď byla že tady nikomu nic schovávat nebude ? (Absolutně chápu že je lepší produkt nechat vystavený co kdybych si pro to nepřišel to respektuji) ale ten tón kterým to řikala byl absolutně neprofesionální. Tak jsem paní poděkoval a řekl jsem že si to tedy objednám přes internet a ještě to budu mít levnější a že si teda počkám to se mě v podstatě vytelila ať si dělám co chci . Takže jinak alkohol a podobné produty objednávat od nich na internetu kde je to o 10%-15% levnější. Takže nemůže za to ani firma ale zaměstnankyně která by měla dostat školení jak používat telefon a mluvit s lidma. Když jí ta práce nebaví tak může jít pracovat kde s nikým nebude komunikovat.
The experience is absolutely appalling over the phone. I'm calling the store if they don't have a certain product there, I don't know the answer from the saleswoman? I basically have to persuade her to sell me something when I tell her if the product could keep me, the answer was that she wouldn't hide anything from anyone here? (I absolutely understand that it is better to leave the product on display, what if I didn't come for it, I respect it) but the tone she said it was absolutely unprofessional. So I thanked the lady and I said that I would order it over the internet and I would have it even cheaper, and that I would therefore wait, it basically made me feel no matter what I wanted. So otherwise order alcohol and similar products from them online where it's 10% -15% cheaper. So neither is the company but the employee who should receive training on how to use the phone and talk to people. When she doesn't like the job, she can go work where she won't communicate with anyone.
