★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Říka se že tak spolehlivou a rychlou městskou h. dopravu jakou máme v Praze májí málo kde. Upřímě si nedokážu představit jak by mohla býti lepší. Určitě kdyby byli architektonicke veřejne soutěže na stanice Metra a možna kdyby nebyli podivne smlouvy na opencard, provozování uklidu a udržby atd.
It is said that such reliable and fast public transport as we have in Prague has little where. I honestly can't imagine how she could be better. Certainly if there were architectural public tenders for Metro stations and maybe if there were no strange contracts for opencard, cleaning and maintenance, etc.

Pracuje tam tisíce lidí dnem i nocí aby statisíce lidí mohlo bez starostí nastoupit do sveho autobusu, tramvaje, metra, lanovky, pŕívozu a dostalo se kam zrovna potřebuje. V DP pracuje velké procento lidí co svou práci berou jako koníčka až poslání. Málo kdo si umí představit co vše musí DP udělat aby vše proběhlo jak má. Vypisovat veškerou činost všech těch pracovníku v DP je na mnoho a mnoho stránek a věřte mi, že každý obor by sám o sobê zasloužil popis o velikosti knihy. Co na DP mám nejraději... Asi tu kolegialitu a kamarádství. Je uplně běžné, že se lidé v DP zdraví jako kamarádi aniž by se kdy před tím znali, stačí aby se na trati potkal autobusák s kolegou z jiné garáže a mávnou si na pozdrav a takhle to chodí napříč provozy všech garáží, dílen, sklady, kanceláří....
DP is a body that never sleeps. Thousands of people work there day and night to allow hundreds of thousands of people to get into their bus, tram, subway, cable car, and get to where they need. There is a large percentage of people working in the DP who take their jobs as hobbies and missions. Few people can imagine what DP has to do to get it done. Describing all the work of all DP staff is on many and many pages, and believe me that each discipline alone would deserve a description of the size of the book. What I prefer to DP ... Probably that college and friendship. It is quite common for people in DP to be healthy as friends without ever knowing it before it is enough to meet a buss with a colleague from another garage on the track and waving for a greeting, and that's how it goes across the garages, workshops, warehouses, offices ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Během 100 jízd, pouze jednou přijel autobus včas. Dobrá práce, kdyby to nebylo ani jednou bylo by to špatný, ale takto, parádní výkon na Dopravní podnik.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad experiences!! I don’t recommend to use the public transportation. If you want to buy a ticket from the tram, you can’t, because the ticket controllers want to give you fines and don’t let you buy your ticket. They see that you are a tourist and want to make money from you! We have to pay 40€ each one and they took out ID cards.
A big disappointment! ??????????
