★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtěla jsem si koupit voňavky Tom Ford, ale bohužel skoro všechny testery byly prázdný? Navíc nás kontaktovala VELMI nepříjemná paní, která opravovala každý tester jakmile jsem ho vyzkoušela.
Je mi moc líto, ale objednám někdy jindy. Nedoporučuji tento obchod kvůli nezkušeným pracovníkům, které se nemohou ani dočkat,ať si něco výběru a PAK to všechno mohou opravit a udělat pořádek ( pokud mate tolik volného času, můžete doplnit testery:) )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi velmi zla skusenost. Stornuju objednavku a odkazu aby som si siel kupit objednane a potvrdene do ich obchodu za o 20 percent vyssiu cenu. Ma vyznam v tomto obchode cokolvek objednavat?
Very very bad experience. I cancel the order and the link so that I can buy the ordered and confirmed to their store for a 20 percent higher price. Is it important to order anything in this store?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into Douglas yesterday scared of make up. I know VERY little about make up and application but one of your consultants (I’m horrible at names! I wish I remembered hers) was so knowledgeable and helpful with everything I needed. She even showed me how to apply the products I chose. This morning I used her tips and got an amazing look! I will definitely be returning in the future for all my make up needs!
