The staff were amazing, they helped us with everything we needed, answered every question also extremely professional and nice. The rooms are cleane and cosy, the cleaning service would not touch your stuff, only come in to clean the rooms. Location is somehow close to the center.

Perfect localisation, right next to a metro and tram stations, close to the National Museum and the old town. The building is freshly renovated, clean and roomy. We got a room with a great view. Staff has been nice and helpful. The stay was definitely worth our money.

The rooms are so big and I had four people on this trip, the family room on the fifth floor is gigantic, followed with nice atmosphere, clean rooms and most important, they have a roof that you can have a nice sunbath. There are five rooms in total. I highly recommend it if you are going with four people! :)

To call these “suites“ means that either the person who named this hotel does not know what suites are, or they are being deceitful. This location literally has no suites. They have apartments and regular rooms. I cannot warn you enough about this location. It sits right above the busiest public transportation station in Prague. In addition, it is on one of the main thoroughfares that cuts across the city. That means you have constant noise from trams, people shouting, police cars and ambulances, etc. In addition, the rooms are sparsely furnished. They do not have simple furnishings such as air conditioning or a microwave oven. Without an operating front desk or concierge, and no amenities such as a restaurant, a pool, a workout room, or a business center, this is more of a 2.5 star hotel then a four-star hotel. The beds are cheap, and all of the linens, towels, etc. are from IKEA. You have been warned.

Expect to do stairs a lot because the elevator will only go to your floor and the lower level. The washer and dryer are not in your apartment, but on a lower level, and the dryers don't dry.... 3 cycles clothes still wet so I had to hang the clothes to dry. Very low water pressure in the shower. -- update-- management contacted me very shortly after posting the review to correct the water pressure and the water pressure was fixed. The location is great for sight seeing. The bed was comfortable. The apartment size large for European standards. The dryer issue is apparently some European thing where dryers must be energy efficient so they don't really dry. I am still disappointed that the washer dryer were not in my apartment as I deliberately purchased a more expensive suite to get the washer dryer in the suite. Their reservation information should be more accurate. It was comfortable, clean, and the fastest check in process I have experienced on three continents. The internet worked well enough for me to use it to remotely appear at my court appearance with no lag. The key fobs worked very well. The dishwasher got the dishes sparkling clean. I liked that each room had its own door so there was a separate foyer, bathroom, dining room, bedroom, and balcony. It was nice to feel like I had a small home and not just a hotel room. The decor was nice enough that for my remote court appearance, the court thought I was at an office. Someone wrote negative stuff regarding ikea furniture etc. I liked the ikea stuff, especially the kitchen supplies and liked the furnishings. I don't like a cluttered room, so I felt the furniture was just the right amount of furnishings.

I stayed here for a month in November of 2021 and couldn't have been more impressed with my stay. Very friendly and professional staff and in an excellent location. It's just next to the metro which one would think would be loud and crowded but it's not at all. Washer and dryer are on the premise which is great. I'd stay here again.

We stayed here for two nights on a weekend visiting Prague. The room was fine, not as clean as it could have been, with dusty surfaces and some dirty corners. It is relatively noisy above a tram stop, so we needed to use the earplugs we brought. The reception staff were pleasant and they kept our bags for us on the last day. For a double room, you don't get a kitchen or anything, so may be better off in a hotel. The location is good, not far from the train station, and a short walk into the old town.
