★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never, ever use O2. I tried to get a Traveller SIM card and the screwed me over at every possible opportunity. Their customer service is non-existent and they won’t help you at all. Save your money and stay far away from O2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only 1 useful person in this store- the male very nice and helpful. The rest were totally unhelpful and its taken almost 2 weeks to set up the internet and we ended up paying for a modem we didnt want (already had one) because even the Technican makes mistakes in this company...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff member lied to us. It was not a problem of language, she completely, knowingly lied about the product she was selling. We received a full refund because of the misrepresentation but we will never use this store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best O2 shop that I have been to in Prague. Unlike many other O2 shops where sales people are usually trying to rip off customers with tons of unnecessary package deals, Mr Jakub Pycha at this branch very honestly helped me with dealing with my business in English. Highly recommend.
