The worst service possible. Firstly they tried to deliver the stuff (2 parcels) without contacting me first. I wasn’t at home. They left a note without a tracking number. I e-mailed them. They promised to deliver it yesterday. They didn’t. They also didn’t contact me – so I waited at home all day (until 8PM) completely in vain. I didn’t hear from them. Today I went to the warehouse to pick it up. I got 1 (not 2) parcels, but I gathered it would contain both items. It didn’t. I called them. They refused to help me. Now they expect me to waste another day (tomorrow) waiting for the second parcel to show up. Maybe it does, maybe it doesn’t. Who knows? I'll do my very best to avoid ANY contact with this business in the future

If you want to have an adrenalin experience (not the good kind), use DPD. This is by far my worse experience with any carrier in the Czech Republic, and DPD makes Ceska Posta look like class star service. I received a tracking number from an abroad eshop, and when I clicked on it on the morning of Monday 25.2, I could see it was about to be delivered that day. I haven't received any sms or email, so I tried contacting them by email to change the delivery address. They replied with a phone number of the driver so I could try to arrange it with him directly. So far no issues, great, but here is when the fun starts: 25.2 I call the driver in the morning, we agree on a pick up location. I call him again in the afternoon and he confirms he is going to drop it there after 3 pm. 5pm I arrive to the pick up shop - no package. I write to DPD. No Answer. Driver doesn’t pick up either. 26.2 I write to DPD again. The parcel status gets updated with: "Unfortunately we have not been able to deliver your parcel." and "We're sorry but your parcel couldn't be delivered as arranged.". I try to contact DPD again and I am hungry for any information whatsoever. Package nowhere to be seen. 27.02 I receive an email from DPD that package will be delivered to the agreed pickup location. I ask for confirmation that it’s going to happen, so I don’t travel there for nothing again. I receive a reply, that package is not moving, so it probably won’t be delivered today. AKA package nowhere to be seen. Can you just deliver my package DPD? Please?

Don't answer about delivery time for several days. Don't ring the bell and just leave without delivery. Awful courier and customer service.

Without a doubt, the absolute worst package handlers in the country, possibly the world. Never deliver at agreed upon times impossible to contact 0/5 Edit: They replied and told me to email them. Then ignored me. Then sent my package back to sender. Since maybe someone there will read this : I've been waiting 2 weeks for my package. It's still sitting at your depot despite the fact that I have requested new delivery twice. Where's my package!? I have called your service line 3 times. Three times I have been automatically disconnected after 30 minutes on hold. I filled in the form on your site, got no answer. I contacted your Facebook page and got zero help. Your Facebook page is full of people with the exact same complaint. This is not a one time thing. TWICE I tried to reschedule a delivery and TWICE I got no confirmation. Nothing ever came. Now they tell me that it's being returned to the sender tomorrow after you never made a second attempt. This is not the first problem I've had with your company, but it will definitely be the last.

I am here for the very same reason as the majority of reviewers - to try and give this company ZERO STARS. Unfortunately, I have to give them 1, and that's way too many. I have been trying to reach them for 2 days now. I tried to communicate with their Czech office - no reply at all. I tried to reach their German office, also absolute silence. They put my package on hold with an idiotic "Invalid address" excuse (the address is valid of course) and that's it. i can't do anything, they don't reply and their online forms do nothing. I was expecting a package from the US, I had to pay taxes for it, and I am afraid they will send the package back and I'll lose my money. I am sure they deliver packages sometimes, if everything works out according to their wishes, but what makes company professional and reliable is how they can handle problems. This company can't handle them at all. Just avoid them if you can, and if you can't, I wish you luck.

The worst service that i have got from dpd CZ. They are so unprofessional. The customer service is very poor. They could not send the product on time and it killed my 1 week along with taking 1 day from me to go to their depot and they said to me that the product is not there. This is so much annoying. The attitude of people at the depot are not good. They are not helpful. Neve ever recommend dpd anymore.

Absolutely terrible service. Those guys are not able to deliver anything. They don’t know how to call, text, or even ring the door bell. Avoid if you can.

This company is a joke. Nobody cares about the customer. Nobody is responsible for anything, they just say "I cannot do anything" or "maybe it's problem with your address" or "it's just this one parcel". At this moment I have 3 parcels stuck at depo Unhost, customer helpdesk is absolutely useless. Calling them is a waste of time. Complaining is a waste of time. Just guessing what the response from the owner will be. Maybe if you focus more on helping customers instead of justifying your incompetence.... Maybe that would "magically" give better reviews. Has anyone in marketing considered this?
