A potom jsem se na sledování zásilky dočetla že adresát nezastižen. Přitom na zásilku čekám, dnes jsem byla cely den doma, jen v době doručení jsem byla u kamarádky, doma bych byla do 5minut, případně kdybych věděla čas doruceni bych nikam nešla. Dříve z Geis bylo doručováni v pohodě, teď se změnil řidič a je to jako zlý sen... Jejich nejoblíbenější hláška u sledování pohybu vaší zásilky je: "Překročena kapacita trasy". Hrozný, hrozný, hrozný...GEIS NEBRAT!!! Chtěla jsem ho uložit na výdejní místě, ale to prý nejde, protože tam mají dovolenou a pan řidič nevěděl, do kdy. Tak mi rekl, že mi balik ulozi v depu v Chlumci. Já jsem si pro Balík a zjistila, že Chlumci není a ze pro něj musím do Rehlovic to i přesto, že jsem chlumeckou adresu měla v sms. Když jsem. Řidič arogantní, a i přesto že došlo k pochybení na jejich straně nedodržel domluvu a balík nechal na depu. Navíc mi nepřišla informace kam a balík se tváří na webu jako doručený , takže mě to stálo dopravu do Chlumce a zpátky, a ještě platím za dopravu DPD před dveře...... Při poslední stížnosti na call linku mi bylo přislíbeno vyjádření DEPA, ale nic jsem nikdy nedostal. Pokud je možné doporučuji vždy nechat balík uložit na výdejním místě a nespoléhat se na dodání až do domu, nejlépe však volte jinou dodavatelskou společnost.
