NEVER AGAIN - THEY´VE LOST MY PACKAGE FROM THE UK. Absolutely horrible service! It´s not possible to call their customer service line, no answers for e-mails. They´ve lost my package which I´ve sent from the UK. 2 months ago I sent 2 boxes together, they´ve delivered only one and the second box full of my work clothes, ball dresses, t-shirts has been lost and they don´t know where it is. And I don´t talk about horrible experience with contacting them. They sent this box back and told me, they hadn´t know, where this is, because it hadn´t been within their company. What??????? the delivery is lost and DPD is doing nothing....

Totally bad in communication through phone and web chat! They basically don’t respond. On email they respond once per week. Plus when you have to pay taxes and you are in rush to pay taxes before the package will be send back. Horrible!

This company was supposed to deliver package, they did not contact me on the phone number I have provided. They did not deliver. On the next day I found that they are returning it back, based on which I have call what is the problem and they said that they will research and go back to me, which they didn't. When I called them on the next day that I have not heard back, they told me that they are returning the package to the original sender and nothing can be done with it. Unprofessional, chaotic... Do not recommend this company.

Their website page does not work properly and they respond to emails in a very slow motion. For that reason it is very hard to change the address or delivery time. The parcel I ordered has not been delivered on time due to to these issues.

Very bad experience with international shipping. They do not seem to communicate with their partners. They are not able to find a normal address. Other companies are better, faster and for the same price.

Regarding my delivery the driver was on time and everything was in order - with that I am very statisfied. However, what I find absolutely horrible is the website. If you want to change your delivery the info on the website states you can do so in the DPD Kuryr app... which doesn't exist and there is no website alternative. Far too many of the links on the website simply don't work and there is no customer support that you can call. In the end I was able to make the desired change through their chatbot (not a standart + it literally said to go to their app to make the change so it took me a bit to figure out that's an option too). Over all my experience is that they are good at delivering parcels - very reliable, drivers were always professional and on time and I've never had any of my parcels damaged in any way. But once you have to interact with the website it's a bit of a nightmare.

After trying to call DPD on the phone for more than half an hour I realized they do not answer the phone in English. They make you wait while not picking up the phone, it's a total scam. I've received an email and a message yesterday saying the package will arrive today but today nothing happend. No sms with the hour of the delivery, no email, nothing. How is this even allowed to happen? Do yourself a favor and choose another company to deliver your goods.

Unfortunately less than a star wasted time and money. Drivers can lie to customers. They can allow themselves to text to customers "don't order here order somewhere else". They abuse using of the phone and in the end two years later they are still working in the company. If you would provide a prove that company or driver is lying that will just disappear. All lovely here answers here are a joke, this company is hell in delivery. PS: lovely tracking also works great. I will check online that driver has 33 packages before me and he would arrive in 2 minutes.
