★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Žádné značení v areálu. V první chvíli člověk vůbec neví, kam má jít a kde si má zboží vyzvednout. Vše dost zmatené. Pán, který mi balík vydával byl moc ochotný a příjemný.
 No markings on the premises. At first, you don't even know where to go and where to pick up the goods. Everything quite confused. The gentleman who gave me the package was very helpful and pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutní katastrofa, tohle předčilo i Českou poštu. Call centrum ani neví do kdy mají otevřeno, balík leží týden na depu, doručení - nic. Nejsou ani po druhé žádosti změnit doručovací adresu. Když člověk přijde osobně, tak si vyslechne jen spoustu výmluv.
An absolute catastrophe, this surpassed even the Czech Post. The call center doesn't even know when they are open, the package is at the depot for a week, delivery - nothing. They do not change the delivery address even after the second request. When you come in person, you only hear a lot of excuses.
