Dr.Max lékárna, Čestmírova 363-1, Praha 4 - Nusle

Do lékárny jsem se vůbec nedostala, z ulice pracovní doba není jasně označená… Pro běžného chodce na ulici je jasně dominantní ta, která není aktuální..možná i moje nepozornost, ale čekala bych, že bude alespoň přeškrtnutá či sloupnutá ??‍♀️

Na vchodu jsou vyvěšené otevírací hodiny. V 18:20 jsem byla před zavřenými dveří, dneska je středa. Uvnitř byla minimálně jedna žena lékárník. Zaklepala jsem, žádná reakce. Klepala jsem schválně během 1 minuty, bylo zřejmě, že to slyší, však ale dveře neotevřela a ani se nepodívala do mé strany. Je třeba bud´ změnit vytištěnou otevírací dobu, kterou mate na dveřích, nebo přístup pracovníka k jeho práci.

Terrible service, the Girl was not able to compare 2 boxes of same medicine with different amount of product inside - I was asking her if she can confirm it s the same type of product - she said: I don't know, read what s written on the box. I said: I can read, I m asking you as Pharmacist. I don't know read the box - she replied. Total ignorance, no interest in what she s selling; sad place.

Horrible service. Ok I don't know how to speak Czech yet and told them. The clerk continued to shout in Czech and really loud. She wanted to know my name in order for me to pick up an online order. Please don't shout at your customers , specially if there are other customers present. First Dr. Max that treated me like that.

Slow, very unfriendly staff. Not well organised pharmacy.

I ordered some stuff from DrMax and had it delivered to this branch. Interacting with this specific lady from this brunch was the worst service experience ever! This was the most rude woman I have ever seen in my life!!! It was a tall slim lady with short red hair. She was very rude and she is the reason I don’t want to go to this pharmacy ever ever again!!! She first came out from the back looking at me almost like she was annoyed I was there. When I told her I had a parcel she told me what is my name. When I said my name she sounded really annoyed that I have a Greek name, so she asked me to write it down. Probably she was annoyed because I am not Czech? While I was writing down my name as she asked me to, she almost tried to take the pen from my hand but then stopped... then during the payment I told her to cancel the card terminal in order for me to use a different card and she hit the red button almost like she wanted to break it, showing me how annoyed she was. After the payment was complete she took the payment confirmation from the terminal and she put it in front of me hitting it on the table. I did nothing wrong to her and I don’t understand why she hated me so much, all this performance I described above did not last for more than 4 minutes, so you cannot say I was delaying her from her life... I know service here sucks, I know Czechs are rude, but this was a totally different level!!! She should be fired!!!
