V některých případech není s alternativou, která má obvykle stejné složení problém, ale např. v případě náplastí na opary Compeed je jejich alternativa opravdu kvalitativně znatelně níže. N	Nataliya Shypovych on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý večer , dneska jsem mnela nepříjemnu situace v lékárně DrMax na Chodovske. Potřebovala sem pro 5 letu dceru léky, požádala jsem nurofen u slečny (paní), nabídla mí něco jiného a já sem to odmítla. Potom mi prodala nurofen, a co sem potřebovala, doma sem zjistila že ten lék je od 6 let. Letěla sem spatki do lékárny (pešky 2 zastávky, bylo 19:45) abychom stihla vimenit na inej od 3 let. Tam sem zjistila že inej nemají, a proto mi podstirčila kteří chtěla. Žikla sem ji, že budu psát stížnost, na co mi bylo řečeno že ona je otbornik a ví co prodava, a mnela sem dát menší davku( jen mi to zapomněla visvetlit když mi to prodávala). Neumí se omluvit za chybí, nadává zákazníkům, neochotna paní na videí na recept. Nestihla sem už do inej lékárny, a mnela sem doma dítě z horečkov. Udělala ze mne blbečka, asi ji to prišlo vtipné, nudila se. Aspoň mi vrátila peníze, vzala mi nervy. Velice doufám že zástupce paní Vášová přečte si recenze(abychom nemusela psát inam) a nějak to vireši z paní "otbornice". Nechce se mi tam už nakupovat, je to moc nepříjemné! Good evening, today I had an unpleasant situation at the DrMax pharmacy in Chodovska. I needed medication for my daughter for 5 years, I asked nurofen for a lady (lady), offered me something else and I refused. Then she sold me nurofen, and what I needed here, I found out at home that the drug was from 6 years old. I flew here to the pharmacy (2 stops on foot, it was 7:45 p.m.) so that we could catch another one from the age of 3. There I found out that they didn't have another, so she pushed me who wanted. I told me to write a complaint about what I was told she was a handyman and knew what she was selling, and I was supposed to give me a smaller fee (she just forgot to tell me when she sold it to me). She can't apologize for missing out, cursing customers, reluctant lady on recipe videos. I didn't have time to another pharmacy, and I had a fever child at home. She made me a jerk, she must have found it funny, she was bored. At least she gave me my money back, it took my nerves away. I very much hope that Mrs. Vášová's representative will read the reviews (so that we don't have to write elsewhere) and somehow get it from Mrs. "otbornice". I don't want to shop there anymore, it's very annoying!
J	Jiri Prochazka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi mile prekvapeni, skladem meli i jinde nedostupny pripravek na recept a dokonce jsem mohl doplatek 5 Kc uhradit kartou, jelkoz jsem u sebe nemel zadnou hotovost. Po teto zkusenosti mohu doporucit. Very pleasantly surprised, they also had a prescription preparation unavailable in stock elsewhere and I could even pay the CZK 5 surcharge by card, as I did not have any cash with me. After this experience I can recommend.

Je pravda, že zaměstnanci občas nabízejí alternativy ,,z díly Dr. Maxe”, ale je jen na vás, jestli danou alternativu přijmete či odmítnete. I have never had a more serious problem at this pharmacy. It is true that employees sometimes offer alternatives, from the parts of Dr. Max ”, but it is up to you whether you accept or reject the alternative.
