K	Kristýna Kusáková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes opět hrozná zkušenost s dr. Maxem. Chtěla jsem po prodávající něco na včelí bodnutí, jelikož jsem dostala asi 8 žihadel. Paní mi nacpala lék zn. dr. Max, ujišťovala mě, že je proti otokům atd. Doma jsem dle příbalového letáku zjistila, že lék je na sennou rýmu a kopřivku. O otocích nebo opuchání ani slovo. To je už podruhé, co mi asistentka prodeje (nikoliv magistra) nacpala něco, co příliš nesouvisí s mými obtížemi a člověk to zjistí až doma. Holt marketing mají zmáknutý dobře. Takže pro příště vím, že si tu mohu koupit konkrétní lék, který vím že chci, ale pokud potřebuji poradit od někoho kompetentního, který lék zvolit na svoje obtíže, je lépe jít jinam. Dělají to automaticky, s tím, že je to stejné. Samozřejmě, že není. A za druhé, snaží se s nátlakem podstrkávat něco dalšího k nákupu, a speciálně jedna prodavačka, to dělá opravdu nepříjemným způsobem, kdy ji jednou řečené NE nestačí. Věřím, že spousta důchodců se takhle nechá zatáhnout do zaplacení něčeho, co ani nechtěli. I don't like it here. Přijdete s konkrétním požadavkem na konkrétní preparát a pokud nejste tvrdý a agresivní vyjednavač, odcházíte s výrobkem DrMax. Dnes jsem to dokázal ale bylo to opravdu náročné, dokonce i hlas jsem musel zvýšit. Pak jsem ještě přehádal velikost balení s názorem lékárnice (která jistě zná mé děti lépe) a JO bylo to doma! ?
