V	Veronika Crlova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutně nejhorší lékárna v Ostravě, obsluha neskutečně arogantní, bez známky základního slušného chování. Pozdrav je pro paní nejspíš urážka. Dnešní nákup v lékárně byl snad poslední, nikdy víc. Pokud paní obtěžuje vydat léky na předpis měla by změnit práci, nejlépe, ať nepracuje s lidma. Personál chodí s jedním balením léků a zakládá ho do regálů ,ze zadu je slyšet bavení ne o služebních záležitostech. Pohyb personálu je opravdu šourávý, úsporný, neunavující. Ve frontě jsou dvě maminky s 3 - 4 letými prcky. Čekání musí být pro tyto ženy utrpením.Já sám jsem invalida vadí mě stání, ale co dělat. Bohužel tato lékárna je celkem dobře zásobovaná, ale v tomto případě to u mě a několika zákazníků neplatí, takže nová fronta zítra. Hlavně že mají bodygárda, který hlidá roušky a rozestupy. Venku pod deštníky čeká hlouček budoucích zákazniků na možnost vstupu, aby se mohly zařadit do vnitřní fronty s dvoumetrovými rozestupy pod dohledem bodygárda. Po 35 minutách odcházím a protože jsem slušně vychovaný po tichu kurvuji. I don't like going to this pharmacy very much. It rained on the last visit, one out of three cash registers open. Jenže na stránkách drmax je, že to mají v lékárně dostupné. Tak buď to máte špatně na stránkách nebo se Lekarnice nechtěla ani podívat. Lékárna se snaží o co nejkratší fronty, mají celkem 4 výdejní pulty, kvůli nutnosti dodržovat vládní opatření se může tvořit fronta až ven, ale na druhou stranu je lepší postát venku než se promořovat v prostorách lékárny, kam světe div se, chodí i nemocní lidi. Dík patří sekuriťákovi, který to organizuje a pouští dovnitř jen předepsané množství zákazníků. I usually order through the e-shop with collection at the store.
