★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Měl jsem zde půjčení dodávku. K tomuto nemám výhrad. Jednani solidní. Dodávka šlapal jak měla. Ale, během pujčení jsem si na osobnim autě, které jsem tam odstavil, nechal vyvážit kola.Výsledek je takovýto :po pár kilometrech jsem málem ztratil kola. Přední kola nebyli vůbec dotaženy a zadní kola ty nebyla dělána vůbec. Ani se nenamáhaly je sundat.
Mimo jiné kontaktoval jsem ke mailem.. Místo, aby si pánové sypali popel na hlavu a nějak toto pochybení řešili, tak se nenamáhali reagovat.
Jedna hvězdička je moc.
I had a rental van here. I have no reservations about this. Acting solid. The van stomped as it should. But, during the rental, I had my bikes balanced on the car I parked there. The result is this: after a few kilometers, I almost lost my bikes. The front wheels were not tightened at all and the rear wheels were not made at all. They didn't even bother to take them off.
Among other things, I contacted by e-mail. Instead of the gentlemen pouring ashes on their heads and somehow solving this mistake, they did not bother to react.
One star is too much.

Quick agreement, fast and professional service, fair dealing and just a nice family business. I wish them a lot of work and to survive this period.
