★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 roky jsem pneuservis využíval a byl spokojen. Měl jsem tam i uložené pneumatiky. Při poslední návštěvě, kdy si mě tam pán s dlouhými vlasy dával jako malého kluka jsem je musel požádat, ať mi pneu naloží do auta a že si je jedu přezou někam jinam. Takhle se ke mě již dlouho nikdo nechoval. Neuvěřitelné... Určitě nedoporučuji do doby, než majitel obmění personál.
I used the tire service for 3 years and was satisfied. I also had tires stored there. On the last visit, when a long-haired gentleman used to take me there as a little boy, I had to ask them to load my tires into a car and to take them somewhere else. Nobody has treated me like this for a long time. Unbelievable ... I definitely do not recommend until the owner changes staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sice vás borci vezmou ihned bez objednání, ale jinak tím výčet pozitiv končí.
Otrávený personál, nepříjemné prostředí. Cenu střílí od boku, nebo čtou z "ceníku" naškrábaný na kusu papíru v dílně. Při dotazu na jejich vyvěšené ceny na webu (ten stejný ceník je vyvěšený několikrát i v areálu:-D ) mi říkají, že to nejsou správné ceny a že platí, to co vidí tady na kusu papíru.
Nakonec mi na dílně a v kanceláři každý tvrdí jinou cenu, to dokládá to střílení ceny od boku.
Práci odvedli snad dobře (potřeboval jsem rychle přezout), ale děkuji příště nechci.

Annoyed staff, unpleasant environment. They shoot the price from the side or read from a "price list" scratched on a piece of paper in the workshop. When asked about their posted prices on the web (the same price list is posted several times on the premises: -D) they tell me that these are not the right prices and that what they see here on a piece of paper applies.
In the end, everyone in the workshop and in the office tells me a different price, as evidenced by the shooting price from the side.
They did a good job (I needed a quick change), but thank you next time I don't want to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funguje také jako autoservis. Dělali mi zadní brzdy, které byly opravdu špatné, zaseklé, nefunkční. Cena dílů asi ok, ale přijde mi, že čas strávený opravou si celkem navýšili. Podle jejich ceníku totiž vychází, že zadní brzdy na osobáku dělali přes 8 hodin. Ke všemu jsem v interiéru našel ulomené nějaké zobáčky a kousky plastů, na 99% ze středového tunelu. Auto mi předali se zavzdušněnými brzdami, tak jsem přijel znovu, aby to dali dokupy a celé to odvzdušnili a vyměnili kapalinu v předním okruhu. To dopadlo dobře, ale všiml jsem si, že mi polámali i poklice. Jeden z mechaniků řekl, že je to křehký plast a diví se, že mi poklice vydrželi 1 rok. Takže vlastně to asi vůbec nebyla jejich vina podle odpovědi. Příště asi zvolím jiný servis, kde nic neničí, a když se náhodou stane, tak se slušně přiznají.
It also functions as a car repair shop. They made me rear brakes that were really bad, stuck, not working. The price of the parts is probably ok, but it occurs to me that they have increased the time spent in repairs. According to their price list, the rear brakes were applied to the passenger for over 8 hours. In addition, I found some beaks and pieces of plastic in the interior, 99% of the central tunnel. They handed me the car with bled brakes, so I came again to put it together and bleed it all up and change the fluid in the front circuit. It turned out well, but I noticed that they broke my lids as well. One of the mechanics said that it was a fragile plastic and he was surprised that the covers lasted for 1 year. So, in fact, it was probably not their fault at all, according to the answer. Next time, I'll probably choose another service where nothing destroys, and if it happens, they'll confess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a new car (02/2016), changed 2 times in this shop tyres (winter/summer). After very fast service I was very satisfied. no other shop or service messed with this car (first oil is still in the car by manufacturers recommendations).i went on vacation 1000 km away with this car and few days ago i noticed i'm missing one screw on rear right wheel so i went to authorised service center. result is one new wheel bearing and 2 new screws. owerall 3 screws which did not hold corecly on 2 rear wheels. 200 eur out of poceket but more important i made more then 4000 km with 3 out of 5 screws holding rear right wheel.i have confirmation from service that this is not a manufacturers error on this car but wrong mounting of rims on the car - 99.9% fault of pneu-service. going to this shop (i'll even say as a foringer) to change tyres, you need to ask your self one question:" do i feel lucky?"
