Great approach, incredible speed!

Great approach to the customer, fast order processing. Good experience.

I had my bachelor's thesis printed here in hardcover. I had a choice of combinations: Gold / Silver font Blue / Black / Red boards The print quality was excellent. Price acceptable. 4 copies of 63 pages (all in color) and 2 burned CDs managed to make it to the next day. (total CZK 2,600) The only drawback was that the printing on the plates was mounted by hand and was limited to text only. So the university logo was not available. Fortunately, our school does not require it. I was also pleased with the human approach and the opportunity to see face to face what and how it will look like. Although they didn't stick the CDs in the records, they burned the CDs and put them in a case with a self-adhesive back and let me stick the CDs where I want. So no negative surprises. On the contrary, the self-adhesive case is a big plus. They operate on the main street, but it was a surprise that they had to walk down the hall of a residential building. The doorbell rang to enter the hallway. Then they walked through a garden and then rang again right in front of the door. However, the whole path is UNDERSTANDABLY MARKED and one has no chance of getting lost. You just have to not be afraid and ring the bell. For contrast, I must mention the experience with the already established company supervazby.cz with a spacious branch, where they treated me like on a treadmill and they would like to blindly order over the Internet and come to pick up the copy. Although they had pre-prepared school logos, not only were they annoying when I tried to extract their assortment from them, but they also told us that we had the wrong pdf format just because they couldn't tell that the acrobat reader showed them a double page on one screen, and told us that two pages would be printed on one sheet. (which was definitely not true, only the acrobat displayed it side by side on the screen, there was even a gap between the pages in the distance from the counter)

Great customer service, fast and quality workmanship, all at a reasonable price. I recommend to all ten :)

The price is reasonable, but the speed is also very lagging behind. The employees are not able to print the order correctly the second time, and if I wanted to resolve it with them in person and discuss what was wrong, it was not possible. Unfortunately, not here again next time!
