★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neochota, koupil jsem tam dvě věci, nefunguje ani jedna. Reklamace nechtějí řešit, vrací nefunkční kameru do auta s tím že funguje. Vyhněte se této firmě obloukem.
Reluctance, I bought two things there, neither works. They do not want to solve complaints, they return a non-functional camera to the car with the proviso that it works. Avoid this business by arching.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Již 3 rokem zde nakupuji právě před Vánoci a nikdy jsem neměl sebemenší problém. Objednávku odesílají ihned, informují o případném zpoždění telefonicky, což mi přijde mnohem osobnější než pouze přes e-mail, který moc nepoužívám.
I have been shopping here for 3 years just before Christmas and I have never had the slightest problem. They send the order immediately, they inform about a possible delay by phone, which comes to me much more personal than just via e-mail, which I don't use much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den ,objednal jsem si gps lokátor pro svého pejska ,objednávka byla přijata a po telefonickém upřesnění ,kde jsem důrazně pánovi vysvětlil ,že až si pro něj přijedu ,že bych si jej vyzkoušel a případně vrátil nebo si jej ponechal ,po 4 dnech mi přišla sms ,že lokatory již nejsou ,když jsem volal do ds technik ,pán se mi pomalu vysmál ,že když nejsem schopen si po 4 dnech pro něj přijít, tak mi zrušil objednávku s tím ,že jej všechny rozprodal a mě poučoval ,že má tady napsáno ,že jsem byl nerozhodný jestli si ho vemu tak usoudil vlastním usudkem ,že si ho nevemu, ,příšerné jednání-arogantní ,nedoporučuji si zde něco objednávat ! tak hlavně ,že pán všechny prodal a má vyděláno ,ale věřte ,že kohokoliv tady v Budějovicích potkam a to rozvážím zboží i tuto firmu jsem zásoboval toto rozhlásím a Budějovice jsou malé !
Hello, I ordered a gps locator for my dog, the order was accepted and after a telephone specification, where I emphatically explained to the master that when I come for him, that I would try it and possibly return or keep it, after 4 days to me sms came that the locators were no longer when I called the ds technician, the gentleman slowly laughed at me that if I was not able to come for him after 4 days, he canceled my order, saying that he sold it all out and taught me that he has written here that I was indecisive if I took him so much with my own judgment that I didn't take him, "horrible-arrogant, I don't recommend ordering anything here! so mainly that the master sold them all and has earned them, but believe me, I will meet anyone here in Budějovice and I will deliver the goods and I have supplied this company, I will announce this and Budějovice is small!
